While the data volume of the information system of the Tingnan Mine increased rapidly,there were problems such as difficulty in data integration and difficulty in data mining for text-based safety hazards.As a result,it was impossible to provide timely insights into the anomalies of hidden sites and the rules in production activities in a short period of time.This paper aims to explore the causes of hidden dangers in production activities,find hazard sources,and analyze energy consumption to reduce space for the purpose of mining potential safety hazards and production data to provide reference for accident prevention and rational allocation of resources.First of all,the related materials were consulted.The difficulties of data integration in production systems and the difficulties in text-based security data mining existed in the reliance on the distributed analysis framework+Spring MVC architecture+association rule algorithm to design the architecture of the correlation analysis platform and analyze the feasibility of the platform construction.Sex.Then through the Eclicpse integrated development environment,based on the design of the correlation analysis platform architecture,the distributed analysis architecture,server-side architecture,and business requirements are realized separately,and the platform is built.According to the data specifications required by the association rules,the data models for the manually entered safety hazard data standards are not uniform,and the production data formats automatically collected by sensors are different.Then complete the data cleaning,conversion,mapping,for the data associated analysis pave the way.In order to embed the mining algorithm into the platform,according to the characteristics of the distributed cluster,the traditional association rule algorithm is improved and deployed to the platform.Finally,the purpose of the accident warning and reasonable allocation of resources.Associate the data of security risks,obtain the dependencies of hidden topics,and expose the causal relationships between hidden risks.Then,through the four-dimensional security risk relationship,the relationship between the hazard source type and hidden liability unit,the time(quarter)and location of the hidden trouble is further revealed;and the associated relationship between production data,ash content,and coal quality data is correlated with the production data.Analysis of the mine's production distribution,energy consumption,and whether there is an inevitable link between production and energy consumption.
