As the problem of thermal damage in mines becomes more and more prominent,the evaluation of cooling effect of mine cooling activities has also become a subject that must be studied in a large environment.Through research,it has been found that various temperature-reduction activities of cooling projects,cooling technologies,and cooling equipment have brought a series of new technologies,new equipment,and new theories.However,at present,there is not a systematic overview of it,and at the same time,it is aimed at accurately reflecting mines.The effectiveness of specific cooling activities has never been defined by a unified,authoritative and objective evaluation index system and evaluation method.The paper studied a method to evaluate the cooling effect of mine cooling activity.Firstly,it proposed to classify the cooling activities of mines and summarizes the theoretical results.Then,according to the principle of index selection,the indicators that affect the cooling activities are classified and summarized to determine all relevant indicators,and the expert experts of the Committee of Experts on Thermal Disaster Prevention are consulted.Through the selection and refinement of indicators,the evaluation index system for the effect of cooling activity in mines,which consists of four levels of technical performance,cost control,safety performance,and environmental impact,has been determined,and the fifteen qualitative and quantitative indicators that have been established have been dimensionlessly dimensioned.After the comparative analysis of commonly used evaluation methods to determine the application of dynamic weight evaluation model,using this evaluation model to evaluate the cooling effect of the 5302 work face in Zhaolou coal mine,to verify the objectivity of the evaluation method;Finally,to evaluate the effect of cooling activity The software's overall goal and system requirements are centered.The software system is designed and developed,and the evaluation software is used to evaluate the 5302 working face of Zhaolou Coal Mine.The conclusion obtained is consistent with the actual mine cooling status,which verifies that the evaluation software is effective.The mine cooling activity summarized in this paper,the evaluation index system of the determined cooling activity effect,the proposed dynamic weight evaluation model,and the designed software for evaluating the effect of cooling activity have guidance and reference significance for realizing effective cooling of the mine.At the same time,these tasks have important practical and theoretical values for ensuring the safe and efficient production of coal mines.
