Quantum dots is a nano-scale semiconductor material with wide excitation spectrum, good emission peak shape, stable photochemical temperature and adjustable fluorescent color.Has been applied to biochemical detection, but because of its lack of specificity in detection,in order to solve this problem,in recent years, many researchers have combined the superior optical properties of quantum dots with the specific selectivity of molecular imprinting to prepare molecular imprints.(Molecular imprinting)Functionalized quantum dots, molecularly imprinted polymers have similar "enzyme" and "substrate"effects on the analyte. Therefore, molecular imprinting is used to specifically detect various antibiotics. The NaHTe solution was prepared under anaerobic conditions.Under the optimal experimental conditions,water-soluble quantum dots CdTe QDg and CdTe QDr with green and red fluorescence were synthesized under different reflux times with NaHTe as precursor.CdTe QDg@MIPs(?ex=3 60 nm,?em=525 nm and template molecules are streptomycin sulfate(SS))and CdTe were synthesized by sol-gel method using nucleus as the core and silica as the shell.Molecularly imprinted polymers of QDr@MIPs(?ex=360 nm),?em=625 nm and template molecule kanamycin sulfate(KS))and selective detection of SS and KS.CdTe QDs@MIPs(?ex=360 nm,?em=533 nm and template molecules are neomycin sulfate(NS))and CdTe QDs@MIPs(?ex=360 nm,?em=533 nm)were synthesized by reverse microemulsion method.Molecularly imprinted polymer with and template molecule sulphate sulphate(HS)and selective detection of NS and HS.Molybdenum disulfide quantum dots(MoS2 QDs)were synthesized using L-cysteine as a modifier. And blue fluorescence is emitted under the UV lamp.Molecularly imprinted functionalized molybdenum disulfide quantum dots(MoS2 QDs@MIPs)were successfully synthesized by using MoS2 QDs as the core, silica as the shell, and amikacin sulfate as the(AS)template molecule.(?ex=350 nm,?.em=429 nm and the template molecule is AS).The analysis, detection and characterization of MoS2 QDs@MIPs were carried out.The method of detecting the amikacin sulfate by MoS2 QDs@MIPs was discussed and applied to the detection of actual samples.Using different antibiotics as template molecules, the above-mentioned preparation method was used to synthesize quantum dot molecularly imprinted functionalized quantum dots capable of emitting two different fluorescent colors, which respectively composed CdTe QDg@MIPs(?em-525 nm,SS)and CdTe QDr@MIPs(?em=625 nm,KS),MoS2 QDs@MIPs(?em=429 nm,AS)and CdTe QDs@MIPs(?em=533 nm,NS),and C QDs@MIPs(?em=450 nm.TS)and CdTe QDs@MIPs(?em=533 nm,HS)dual emission type fluorescent probes were constructed to construct NAND logic gates capable of simultaneously detecting two different antibiotics. The qualitative and quantitative analysis and application research of the constructed logic gates are carried out.
