Drying is the key link of lycium barbarum I processing.With the continuous progress and development of science and technology,drying methods are becoming increasingly diverse.The combined drying method is one of the choices of lycium barbarum 1 for high-quality processing.This paper studies the combined drying process of lycium barbarum 1 by hot air and microwave.The test method has no general guiding significance.However,similarity theory can start from mathematical equations and definite solution conditions,and is not affected by the selection of measurement unit.It can analyze the internal laws of the studied model in a short time with low cost,which is of guiding significance in the establishment of model test formula.In this paper,according to the characteristics of lycium barbarum 1 combination of hot air and microwave drying process,using the similarity theory and dimensional analysis,respectively for hot section,microwaves factors affecting lycium barbarum 1 drying are analyzed,and lists the MLT matrix of each dimension system,hot air section have been obtained respectively,microwave period of lycium barbarum 1 instant the experience formula of the moisture content,research has shown that hot air experience formula and the hot blast temperature,hot wind speed,the length of air cavity,initial moisture content,total dry lycium barbarum 1 is directly related to time and environmental temperature,among them,the hot air temperature and drying time as the main influencing factors.The orthogonal test was carried out within the range of experimental parameters.The results showed that the maximum and minimum error of the actual and simulated moisture value of lycium barbarum 1 in hot air section was 3.3%and 0.7%respectively.The optimum drying process parameters for hot air section were obtained as follows:45?(3h)-55?(5h)-65?(3h).Research on drying process of microwave section shows that the empirical formula of microwave section is directly related to temperature of hot wind,wind speed of hot wind,microwave power,initial moisture content of lycium barbarum 1,total drying time and environmental temperature,among which microwave power and drying time are the main influencing factors.The results show that the maximum and minimum error of the actual and simulated moisture value in the microwave section is 4.9%and 0.9%respectively.The optimum drying parameters of microwave section were obtained as follows:185w(2h)-200w(3h)-215w(2h).This paper studies the drying process of lycium barbarum 1 combined with hot air-microwave by using similarity theory.
