With the continuous development of the metallurgical chemical industry,the accuracy and rapidity of the test results are becoming higher and higher when testing the substance content.The traditional test uses the manual titration method.The chemical inspector determines the end point of the titration by the color change in the chemical reaction process,and then obtains the content of the substance to be tested.However,the subjective factor of the laboratory technician and the hand are used when the artificial titration method is used.The proficiency of "eye" cooperation will affect the accuracy of chemical titration end point detection,and the manual titration method has the disadvantages of low detection efficiency and high labor intensity.In order to improve the detection accuracy,detection efficiency and labor intensity,this paper designed a set of intelligent chemical titration system.The main work of this paper includes:(1)The machine image technology is used to collect the solution image in real time,and the RGB and HSL color components of the image are obtained by the image color extraction algorithm.A large number of tests were carried out on the samples to be tested at the production site.Combined with the basic principles of the chemical reaction process,the changes of the color components of the samples were analyzed.A method for determining the endpoint of the titration by the slope of the color components was proposed.The relevant characteristic parameters in the test were extracted and an expert rule for detecting the end point of the chemical titration was established.(2)By analyzing the characteristics of the color value curve,it is found that the actual chemical reaction completion time of each drop of the test liquid changes dynamically with the degree of completion of the current chemical reaction.In order to grasp this dynamic characteristics,rationally distribute the titration time and improve the detection speed,a fuzzy rule controller is designed to control the titration speed.(3)Set up the image collection environment for the actual needs of the test.By analyzing the trend of chemical reaction,the position and quantity of the region of interest in the collection range are designed to obtain an optimal image acquisition method.The method is applied to the software planning of intelligent chemical titration system.The functional modules such as system operation status monitoring,real-time image acquisition and monitoring,operation plan formulation function,database construction and online detection are designed to realize friendly human-computer interaction function.Taking the copper content in copper sulfate and the ferrous content in iron ore as an example,the system was used for repeated field testing.The test showed that the intelligent chemical titration system realized the function of accurately determining the end point of the chemical reaction titration.Compared with manual titration,the system improves the detection speed and the accuracy of titration,improves the detection efficiency as a whole,reduces the workload,enhances the automation level of the detection process,and has higher economic benefits and practical value.
