In recent years,with the continuous development of manufacturing technology,the surface quality requirements for parts have been continuously improved.The ring groove as a unique structure on the part plays a certain role in the operation of the equipment and the use of the manufacturing industry.For example,in the aerospace,hydraulic,mold manufacturing,automotive and other industries,the surface quality of the micro ring groove is constantly required.Improvement,the surface quality of the ring groove seriously affects the corrosion resistance,wear resistance,sealing and liquid flow stability of the parts.The properties of these ring groove surfaces affect the stability and performance of the equipment and the parts produced.The processing method using the traditional manual polishing has poor processing stability on the surface of the ring groove and low processing efficiency,and the labor cost is high.The magnetic abrasive finishing method utilizes the characteristic that the magnetic pole emits magnetic lines of force.In the magnetic field,the magnetic particles can form a flexible magnetic particle brush along the direction of the magnetic lines of force.The magnetic particle brush can be attached to the surface of the micro ring groove to be processed,and it is brushed by the magnetic particle.The friction,cutting and tumbling of the surface of the ring groove groove realize the finishing of the surface of the ring groove.The magnetic ring grinding technology is used to process the small ring groove on the part(the ring groove radius is less than 5mm),the magnetic field and magnetic abrasive finishing characteristics are utilized,the adaptability is strong,the temperature change during processing is low,and the tool compensation is not needed,so that the pair is realized.Finishing of magnetic and non-magnetic micro ring grooves.In this paper,according to the principle of magnetic abrasive finishing of the ring groove surface of the workpiece,the experimental device for magnetic abrasive finishing of the surface of the micro ring groove is designed and modified;the difference between the magnetic and non-magnetic ring groove surface is analyzed by software simulation;Slotting the poly magnetic head to improve the processing efficiency and surface quality of the magnetic abrasive finishing,and analyzing the different groove shapes to have different changes to the magnetic field formed by the collecting head.Then using the ungrooved collecting head under the same processing conditions and three kinds of slotted poly head grinding non-magnetic ring groove parts for comparative test analysis.Using the grooved polymagnetic head processing magnetic ring groove surface and using the original polymagnetic head processed ringgroove surface for comparison,combined with software analysis.The test results are used to study the feasibility of magnetic abrasive finishing of the ring surface of magnetic workpieces.The response surface method is used to optimize the main influencing factors of the magnetic abrasive finishing magnetic workpiece ring groove surface,and the spindle rotation speed and abrasive grain size during processing are analyzed.Processing gap interaction effect,ensuring processing efficiency and surface quality after processing.Under the premise of optimizing can arrive at a more reasonable processing parameters.
