In recent years,the rapid development of the construction lead to a series of environmental problems,seeking new green building materials has become an important task of the people's livelihood and social development,the emergence of nanometer materials for construction materials such as graphene has created a new development opportunity.Graphene is a spin-off from graphite,composed of carbon atoms in single flake structure,is known in the world the most thin and the highest material strength,is widely applied in the catalyst carrier,a lot of fields such as photoelectric,nano composite materials.Geopolymer is a kind of three-dimensional network structure of inorganic polymer,pollution-free production process,belong to a kind of green environmental protection new cementing material,but because of its strength is low,cause its application is restricted.Firstly,using the metakaolin,preparation of alkaline exciting agent geopolymer,through the study found that,the main raw material for sodium hydroxide against the same impact on compressive strength and bending strength,in a certain range,the compressive strength and bending strength with the increase of the content of sodium hydroxide and gradually improve,when more than content,critical strength begin to reduce,and the third day compressive strength can reach 68% ~ 80% of twenty-eighth day compressive strength,has the characteristics of the early strength.The graphene dispersing agent into the geopolymer,the graphene geopolymer compressive strength and bending strength test,test results show that graphene has significantly increased the role of geopolymeric geopolymer strength,with the increase of graphite content,the compressive strength and bending strength of different age were gradually to improve the strength increases;but gentle trend showing a first growth.On the basis of the research on the net pulp,the compressive strength,bending strength and cleavage strength test of geopolymer mortar and graphene geopolymer mortar were carried out.Experimental results show that mortar and the law of the net pulp test shows consistent,net pulp material of mortar,net slurry geopolymer performance of mortar compressive strength,bending and splitting properties have adecisive role.For graphene geopolymer together early strength of geopolymer mortar,using the orthogonal experiment method,two kinds of early strength agent for the influence of polymer geopolymer mortar early strength test,found through the analysis of the very poor,only alumina clinker of graphene geopolymer together early strength of geopolymer mortar has a great influence.This article separately carried on the Halloysite nanotubes,PVA fiber geopolymer net pulp and mortar strength test,the results show that in certain range,all can in geopolymer have varying degrees of increase geopolymer strength.
