| Creep aging forming technology is an advanced forming technology,which is widely used in the integral panel of airplane wing.At present,creep aging forming technology has been successfully applied in industrial production in foreign countries,but it is still theoretical research stage in China.The study on creep aging characteristics of materials is one of the key problems in creep aging forming technology.In this paper,SiCp/2024 Al composite material is taken as the research object.The creep behavior and rebound of SiCp/2024 Al composite material were studied.The creep aging constitutive model of SiCp/2024 Al composite material was established.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)in order to study the creep behavior of SiCp/2024 Al composite,creep aging,uniaxial tensile test and metallographic test were carried out with the plate of large-strain rolling SiCp/2024 Al composite,and the creep curve change rule and mechanical property evolution rule under different process parameters were analyzed.With the aging temperature increasing,the creep strain of SiCp/2024 Al composite increases,the steady-state creep rate increases,and the mechanical properties first increase and then decrease.When the aging time is prolonged,the creep strain of SiCp/2024 Al composite increases slightly and its mechanical properties gradually increase.Creep strain and steady creep rate of SiCp/2024 Al composites show an upward trend when the experimental stress increases.(2)Established aging hardening constitutive model and power law constitutive model of SiCp / 2024 Al composites.The constitutive model of aging hardening is determined by calculating the creep strain of SiCp/2024 Al composite,which provides the basis for wired element simulation.The Oringin software is used to analyze the creep curve of SiCp/2024 Al composite by linear regression,and the power-law constitutive model of SiCp/2024 Al composite is established.The apparent stress index and activation energy obtained from the constitutive model determine that the creep mechanism of SiCp/2024 Al composites is dislocation slip mechanism.(3)in order to study the springback rule of SiCp/2024 Al composite material creep aging forming,this paper studies the creep aging forming of SiCp/2024 Al composite material plate rolled with large strain,and analyzes the change rule of springback rate under different process parameters.SiCp/2024 Al composites show a decreasing rebound rate after creep aging when aging temperature increases.When the aging time is prolonged,the rebound rate of SiCp/2024 Al composites after creep aging shows a decreasing trend.When the radius of the mold increases,the rebound rate of the SiCp/2024 Al composite material increases gradually after creep aging. |
