Research On The Value Of Traditional Suzhou Garden Landscaping Techniques In The Construction Of Wetland Parks

With the acceleration of urbanization,China’s urban wetlands are facing enormous threats and pressures.The construction of the wetland park is intended to improve the ecological environment and promote the harmonious development between man and nature.The blind expansion of the city,without considering its own natural environment,and over-exploiting destroy the harmony between man and nature.In the planning and design,there is no lack of independent innovation,ignoring the humanistic historical environment,and not combining the inherent customs of the city,making the city lack of cultural spirit,without its own unique cultural personality.The Suzhou garden contains a deep traditional Chinese thought and cultural connotation.It is a model of the gardening art of the Eastern civilization and can serve as a living textbook for the Chinese civilization.The gardening art of Suzhou garden can provide more theoretical support and the essence of excellent traditional culture for the construction of urban wetland parks.Therefore,in the study of the construction of wetland parks,linking the traditional Suzhou garden landscaping techniques to the wetland park planning and design,based on the relevant theory on “Yuanye” from Ji Cheng in the Ming Dynasty and the case of wetland park construction,through visitiing field,reviewing domestic and foreign literature,related cases,it is of practical significance and value of times to explore and study the era value of traditional Suzhou garden landscaping techniques in the new era.First of all,this paper starts from understanding the related concepts of Suzhou garden and wetland park,and defines the research scope and research objects.The characteristics,related elements and basic contents of Suzhou garden landscaping techniques in the context of Wudi culture are discussed and summarized.This paper analyzes the artistic value of Suzhou gardens,and then determines the era value of the landscaping techniques of Suzhou gardens.Secondly,this paper analyzes the application value of Suzhou garden landscaping techniques in the construction of wetland parks.Combining the previous understanding of traditional Suzhou garden landscaping art,this paper analyzes the key elements and construction rules of wetland park construction from the perspective of art value theory in the new era.Furthermore,it can be found that the Suzhou garden landscaping techniques can be used for the construction of wetland parks,especially in the wetland park.Finally,with the garden water management as the main line,combined with the Suzhou garden-related landscaping techniques,this paper studies on the construction of the wetland park water system and waterfront space,elaborating and demonstrating the era value of Suzhou garden landscaping techniques in the construction of wetland parks from three aspects: First,the value of Suzhou garden water management methods in the construction of water bodies in wetland parks;Second,the value of Suzhou garden borrowing techniques in rainwater treatment in wetland parks;Third,the value of Suzhou garden virtual and real contrast methods in the waterfront space construction of wetland parks.And this paper proposes the corresponding design concepts,principles or strategies that are conducive to the restoration,recycling and utilization of aquatic ecosystems in wetland parks.In addition,combined with the analysis of the established wetland park case,this paper infers the aesthetic and ecological value of the use of Suzhou garden landscaping techniques in the construction of wetland parks.
