Micro-nano powder processes are widely used in the chemical,petrochemical,agricultural,food,pharmaceutical,mineral processing,civil engineering,advanced materials,energy,environmental fields and so on.This article aims to improve the electrochemical performance of microcrystalline graphite by particle shape modification and classification,and Al/Fe2O3 composite to improve the combustion efficiency of solid fuel,aluminum powder combustion efficiency,and safety.Refining and composite process in micro/nano-powder process.The shape modification of microcrystalline graphite?MCG?.First,raw MCG was broken into smaller particles using a pulverization system.Then,the particles were modified into near-spherical shape using a particle shape modification system.Finally,the particle size distribution was narrowed using a centrifugal rotor classification system.The products with uniform hemispherical shape and narrow size distribution had mean particle size of approximately 8.9?m,10?m,15?m and 20?m.Additionally,the innovative pilot experimental process increased the product yield of the raw material.The Al powder/Fe2O3 and Al/fluoride composite was carried out using a grinding and high-speed airflow impinging particle composite system?PCS?to prepare a composite powder with good dispersion and uniform coating.And study the relationship with its combustion performance.
