In this dissertation,coal mine gas geological information was taken as the research object,of which the data and big data characteristics were analyzed and clarified from the viewpoint of coal mine gas geology.Multi-source information fusion technology was used to design and construct multi-source coal mine gas geological information fusion system.Based on the component characteristics of the Hadoop application system,this dissertation designed and elaborated the multi-source coal mine gas geological information fusion system?MSCMGGIFS?under the framework of big data.A production face of coal seam 21 in a coal mine in the Dengfeng Mining Area of Henan Province was taken as a case study area,in which the application practice of multi-source coal mine gas geological information fusion under the framework of big data was carried out.The research results show that coal mine gas geological information not only has the basic characteristics of information such as multi-source,multi-element and objectivity,but also has the data characteristics of content dispersion,scale diversity and topological correlation in the field of coal mine gas geology.At the same time,it also has big data characteristics of huge amount,isomerism,time-space correlation,content complexity and ambiguity.Based on the above characteristics analysis,MSCMGGIFS can be divided into three levels:data level,feature level and decision level.The fusion system is generally composed of seven constituents,they are source information acquisition,information storage?database and database management system?,information preprocessing,information feature analysis,information fusion calculation,operation management of the fusion system and human-computer interaction?user service side?.Meanwhile,it forms a five layers functional framework,in which information preprocessing layer,information storage layer,fusion computing layer,user service layer and application management layer are included.The functional characteristics of big data technology of Hadoop computing framework in information or file storage,parallel processing of batch data and real-time analysis of streaming data,etc.,have promoted the optimization of the functional framework of MSCMGGIFS,then forming a MSCMGGIFS of six framework functional layers,which integrates management layer,source information processing layer,information storage layer,information fusion layer,and fusion application layer and user service layer.The application practice about reconstruction and data-level fusion of coal mine gas geological information in case study area,which using"Space Coordinate of Underground Point"as"reference quantity",proves the feasibility of the fusion system.The results of fine addressing prediction on coal mine gas emission,which based on"large-scale point element standard coal mine gas geological information"in the same area,show that the fusion system can provide a more enriched information support for coal mine gas geological research.These achievements show that MSCMGGIFS under the framework of big data can provide a series of new theoretical methods and analysis models for coal mine gas geological research,hence more effective technical guarantee for coal mine safety production.
