During the Coal process of jinggong coal mine,the research and application of water control technology under complex hydrogeological conditions,which are great practical significance to ensure the personal safety of miner,safe production of mines,improve the recovery rate of coal resources,and protect groundwater resources.This paper through the analyzing and studying the complex hydrogeological conditions of the South No.1 Mining Area in Yongxia Mining Area,it is found that the complex hydrogeological conditions of the mining area are mainly manifested in: the coal seam floor is close to the limestone aquifer in the upper part of the Taiyuan Formation,High water pressure in limestone aquifer,it is easy to cause water inrush accident after the damage of the floor during return mining,the faults are developed in the coal mining face and some faults have the possibility of activating water inrush,the top of the coal mining face and the sandstone aquifer are rich in water,long time and large water volume during the drainage,many poor boreholes was Geological exploration in the coal mining face layout area,easy to conduct other aquifers,easy to lead through other aquifers,resulting in water output during the working face.In view of the above situation,it is difficult to achieve the purpose of safe recovery by using a single water prevention and control technology.Therefore,through analysis and design,the comprehensive prevention and control measures of “ one-side multi-strategy”have been adopted,and the effect of practice has been obvious.Through the analysis of the above complex hydrogeological conditions and the research on the prevention and control of water engineering technology in the integrated mechanized coal mining face,after the economic benefit comparison,technical data collection,practice inspection,etc.,the following prevention and control water technologies were selected: grouting reconstruction and reinforcement project for the coal seam floor,construction of key aquifuge to prevent fault activation,ground-to-close geological drilling and sealing,water-repellent drainage engineering,pre-grouting construction and other comprehensive technologies,design and implementation of the water prevention and control project including multiple coal mining faces in the south No.1 mining area of Xinqiao Coal Mine has achieved good results in water control through practice.For example,the 2101 working face of the south No.1 mining area district adopts the coal seam floor grouting reconstruction and reinforcement project,the construction of the key aquifer to prevent fault activationengineering,and the water prevention and drainage project.After the completion of the water prevention and control project,the normal water inflow during the working face mining is only 30m3/h,which ensures the safe recovery of the working face.Comprehensively analyzed for hydrogeological conditions of south No.1 mining area in Xinqiao Coal Mine,the various water prevention technologies in the working face of the mining area were summarized and analyzed and evaluated.The technical measures for comprehensive treatment of water damage under complex hydrogeological conditions were studied.At the same time,the paper selected the mining face that is seriously threatened by water damage in the mining area,carried out the implementation of comprehensive prevention and control water project,and constructed a comprehensive and effective water control technology management system that is safe,efficient,technically feasible and economical.
