In recent years,great progress has been made in the unmanned and intelligent aspects of mine production in China,and the mining work environment has been greatly improved.However,in the ore production process,such as blasting,tunneling,loading and unloading,transportation and crushing,a large amount of dust are generated.Mining workers worked in the high-concentration dust environments will inhale the respiratory dust and suffer from diseases such as black lungs and silicosis,which seriously endanger the health of workers.With the improvement of mining technology,the degree of mechanization of the mining process is high,the amount of dust generated in the mining process is also increasing,the dust concentration at the workplace is also significantly increased,and the issue of dust hazard is becoming more serious.However,traditional dust control techniques are inefficient and cannot accommodate new production needs and environmental requirements.In this thesis,a series of related research will be carried out with the new dust control technology adapting to the current status of ore mining.Based on the dust control of ore conveying system,the dust generation point and dust generation mechanism of the conveying system in mining are analyzed.Through the analysis and comparison of existing dust treatment technologies,the research on micro-fog dust suppression technology is mainly studied.This technology is applied to dust emission in mines to verify the feasibility of this technology.The achievements of this research include:Firstly,according to the ore conveying system of a mine,the causes and working conditions of the dust are studied.Based on the dust characteristics of the ore conveying system,the existing dust control technology or equipment is analyzed,and the characteristics of the micro-fog dust suppression technology are most suitable for the special work of ore transportation condition.Secondly,three nozzle's parameter characteristics were tested and analyzed,and their dust suppression efficiency was compared.The test results show that the ultrasonic nozzle has the finest droplet size,and the high energy micro-mist nozzle has the highest droplet velocity and the farthest spray distance.Also,it is found that the smaller the droplet size,the higher the dust suppression efficiency is.The dust suppression efficiency is also related to the droplet velocity.Under the same particlesize,the higher the droplet velocity is,the higher the dust suppression efficiency is.Lastly,combined with the working conditions and nozzle characteristics,a micro-mist dust suppression system was designed for the chute loading,crushing machine and transfer station.Through practical application and testing,it is shown that in the ore conveying system,the high-energy micro-fog nozzle dust suppression system can achieve higher dust suppression efficiency.In this application,the overall dust suppression efficiency reached more than 90%,and the total dust concentration reached the environmental protection standard after using the water mist suppression system.
