High temperature coal tar pitch(CHTP)and petroleum tar pitch(PP)are high quality raw materials for the preparation of high performance carbon materials,the preparation of carbon materials is one of the important directions for high value-added utilization.CHTP and PP were extracted and separated by solvent to obtain RCHTP and RPP.Spinnable asphalt(KFLQ)was obtained by mixing RCHTP and RPP according to a certain mass ratio(0%,10%.15%,20%).Then KFLQ obtained by adding different proportions of RPP was used for the subsequent preoxidation and carbonization of the spinning process to prepare carbon fiber.To explore the effects of different RPP addition ratios on the preoxidation and carbonization effects of spinning.In this experiment,SEM-EDS,FT-IR,CPP-GC/MS,TG and other analytical methods were used to explain the products obtained in the experiment.In this experiment,CHTP and PP were respectively separated by solvent #1 and solvent #2.RCHTP and PP were obtained by pretreatment of CHTP and PP through filtration and drying.It was found by elemental analysis that the content of C in RCHTP and RPP was higher than that in CHTP and PP.73 substances were detected by CPP-GC/MS in RCHTP,including a large number of aromatic hydrocarbons.45 substances were detected by CPP-GC/MS in RPP,including a large number of alkanes and olefins.The effects of thermostatic time of thermal polymerization,thermostatic temperature of thermal polymerization and the addition ratio of different RPP on the preparation of KFLQ were investigated.Therefore,the experiment was divided into three groups: the first group fixed the thermostatic temperature of thermal polymerization and the proportion of RPP,the second group fixed the thermostatic temperature of thermal polymerization and the proportion of RPP,and the third group fixed the thermostatic temperature and the proportion of RPP.When the temperature of the thermal polymerization temperature is 360 ?,thermal polymerization temperature for 4 h,RPP add 15% mesophase distributed evenly and softening point when a suitable KFLQ.Through element analysis,it was found that the content of C in the four groups of KFLQ increased significantly,indicating that the enrichment of C was further realized in the process of thermal polymerization.The functional groups of RCHTP and KFLQ did not change significantly before and after thermal polymerization.Four groups of KFLQ obtained by adding different proportion of RPP to polymerization were used for spinning,preoxidation and carbonization experiments.In the spinning process,it was found that the fluidity of KFLQ increased with the increase of the proportion of RPP addition.When the proportion of RPP addition was 20%,the fluidity of KFLQ was too large,which was not conducive to fiber collection,and the spinning effect was poor.The four groups of KFLQ were basically aromatic and oxygen-containing functional groups after pre-oxidation.After carbonization,the four groups of oxidized fibers have uniform thickness,with a few attachments on the surface,good cross section structure,the average diameter of the fibers basically conforms to the standard of universal grade carbon fiber,and the structure of functional groups contained is reduced.
