As a new type of functional material,Electro-active Polymer has many advantages and has great potential for energy harvesting.This article expounds the power generation principle of EAP transducing unit,constructs its mathematical model of electromechanical coupling,designs orthogonal experiment,finds the influencing factors of power generation of transducing unit,and designs the circuit to collect the electric energy generated by the transducing unit.The electromechanical conversion principle of dielectric materials for energy harvesting is described from the macro and micro levels.The EAP transducing unit is taken as an example to illustrate how the EAP transducing unit converts mechanical energy into electrical energy,and the dielectric elastomer is described.The mechanism provides a theoretical basis for the power generation of the subsequent EAP transducing unit.According to the four strain energy functions commonly used in elastic materials,and based on the experimental data fitting,the mechanical model that is most suitable for EAP materials is obtained.According to the electrical model of the transducer unit obtained by other scholars,the parameters of the electrical model in the stretching process are considered.Make improvements.From the angle of energy conversion in the stretching process,the transformation relationship between the strain energy and the electric energy of the transducer unit is used to establish the theoretical model of the electromechanical coupling of the transducer unit.Finally,using this theoretical model to analyze the energy conversion from the maximum tensile state to the fully contracted state,combined with the mechanical model and the electrical model,the relationship between tensile displacement,stress and capacitance can be obtained.Based on the factors that have been studied by other scholars to influence the power generation of EAP transducing units,the power generation characteristics of EAP transducing units and the best working conditions are obtained through orthogonal experiments,and the reliability of the test is analyzed.The order of the influence of various factors on the power generation of EAP materials is obtained.The working cycle of the EAP transducing unit is analyzed,the constant charge working mode is selected,and the circular transducing unit is designed and implemented.According to the characteristics of the output energy of the transducer unit,the Ni-MH battery is selected as the energy storage component,and the XD308 H is selected as the step-down rectifier chip and the SL4054 as the charging control chip,and the step-down rectifier circuit and the charging control circuit are designed,and the PCB circuit board is formed.
