Casting cranes are indispensable equipment in the process of smelting and forming steel,which are widely used in the field of metallurgy and casting.The design of the casting crane not only affects the cost,quality and duration of the product,but also affects the construction cost of the plant and the crane.An innovative trolley construction scheme of the casting crane is proposed,replacing the sub-trolley of the traditional four-beam casting crane with the new pouring trolley,And set it on the main lifting trolley frame to form a single trolley,so that the four-girder bridge of the casting crane is simplified into a double-beam structure,greatly reduces the self-weight and manufacturing cost of the large casting crane,promote the green manufacturing and energy efficient operation of casting cranes.The specific structure and driving method of the series of pouring trolleys are designed to suit the use of different tonnage casting cranes.Taking the serialized pouring trolley of large double beam casting crane as the research object,combined with the 3D modeling and database technology,the visual programming language is used for secondary development of 3D software.The 3D rapid design system for the series pouring trolley of large double beam casting crane is established,the rapid design of the auxiliary hoisting mechanism and the pouring trolley with different parameters,the 3D model drawing of the parts,the automatic assembly of assemblies and the create of calculation specification are realized.On the basis of constant flow pouring of molten steel,the change rule of pouring angle of ladle,operating speed and resistance of pouring trolley is derived by the kinematics and mechanics theories.The screw that drives the pouring trolley is simplified to a simply supported Euler-Bernoulli beam,and the problem of screw rotation instability during the pouring of molten steel is discussed.The correctness and reliability of the innovative design were verified by numerical examples and finite element analysis of the frame of pouring trolley,high pair contact nut and ball screw.The research shows that the innovative casting crane trolley construction scheme has the advantages of simple structure,small size and strong economy compared with the existing four-beam main and auxiliary trolleys scheme.The research can achieve constant flow pouring of molten steel,and the 3D rapid design system for the series pouring trolley of large double beam casting crane improves design efficiency and accuracy,and has a certain application prospect.
