Composite steel fiber reinforced concrete and layered steel fiber reinforced concrete not only improve the tensile strength,flexural tensile strength and flexural toughness of concrete,but also improve the utilization rate of steel fiber materials.In practical engineering application,the economic benefit is better,so it is helpful for the popularization of steel fiber concrete.This paper mainly studies the mechanical properties of composite steel fiber high-strength concrete and laminated steel fiber high-strength concrete and the influencing factors of mechanical properties.The main contents are as follows:(1)In this paper,two types of steel fiber reinforced concrete are studied in depth.The strength of matrix concrete,the volume rate of steel fiber,the height of steel fiber concrete layer and the mixed situation of fiber were selected to explore the mechanical properties of steel fiber concrete with two different structural forms.By testing the cube compressive strength,flexural strength and split strength of different groups of specimens,the test results were processed and analyzed,and the main and secondary factors affecting the mechanical properties of composite steel fiber reinforced concrete and layered steel fiber reinforced concrete were obtained.(2)Through the comparison of composite steel fiber concrete,layered steel fiber concrete,monolithic steel fiber concrete and plain concrete,the advantages and disadvantages of various steel fiber concrete structure forms are studied and analyzed,and the economy and material utilization rate of various steel fiber concrete structure forms are evaluated.(3)the height of the steel fiber reinforced concrete layer 2 cm,3 cm,4 cm,steel fiber volume ratio 0.5%,1%,1.5%,2%,and the matrix strength of concrete of C60 and C70,C80 composite steel fiber concrete block mechanical properties test,analysis the influence factors of composite concrete performance and failure mechanism,optimizing better compound ratio of steel fiber reinforced concrete are factors affecting the optimal values.(4)The steel fiber layer height is 2 cm,3 cm,steel fiber volume rate is 0.5%,1%,1.5%,and the matrix strength of concrete of C60 layers of cloth type steel fiber concrete block mechanical properties test,analysis of the mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete layer cloth effect factors and failure mechanism,and the mechanical properties of composite steel fiber reinforced concrete,the evaluation of the merits of the two kinds of structure forms of steel fiber reinforced concrete.(5)Steel fiber and polypropylene fiber were mixed to prepare composite hybrid fiber concrete to explore the influence of "hybrid effect" of fiber on the flexural performance and flexural toughness of concrete.(6)The limit thickness of composite steel fiber concrete is calculated,and the economic analysis of composite steel fiber concrete and layered steel fiber concrete is carried out according to the specific cost cost of the test group.(7)The flexural model of composite steel fiber concrete is established,and the flexural failure of composite steel fiber concrete is simulated by finite element software,and the stress distribution inside the material and the deflection change of the component under load are analyzed under the flexural state.
