Oil spill accidents in the sea occur frequently,have a wide range of influence and do harm for a long time.Based on the actual research and development of the sea surface oil spill detection system,this thesis proposes an algorithm with low time complexity and good robustness,which provides theoretical basis and experimental support for the engineering implementation of oil spill detection.The main work of the thesis is as follows:The physical properties and infrared imaging characteristics of oil film are deeply studied.We proposed a sea surface and oil pollution infrared characteristics modeling method based on Cox-Munk wave slope statistical model.The Cox-Munk wave slope statistical model is applied to the water contaminated by oil film.The emissivity of sea surface and oil film under different environmental factors is calculated by simulation.The experimental results show that the emissivity of sea surface and oil film is obviously different under the influence of different observation angles and sea wind speed.In order to solve the sea clutter interference caused by oil pollution area mistakenly identified problems.We proposed a kind of oil spill detection method based on gestalt visual attention diffusion mechanism.This method takes the segmented superpixel region as the basic computing unit and applies the related theories such as the biological vision processing process and gestalt gestalt rules to the engineering realization of infrared oil spill image detection.The experimental results show that this method achieves better segmentation results and better real-time performance in infrared oil spill images compared with other methods.To solve the problem of oil region accurately description and real-time performance,we established a fast area estimation and location method based on perspective imaging model.The area estimation and location method of the irregular shape of oil spill target is applied to the actual project.The experimental results show that this method can express the oil region information quickly and accurately.
