| The stainless steel seamless short tube is widely used in petroleum,chemical,electric power,hydraulic piping,metallurgy,shipbuilding,automobile manufacturing and other industries.Due to the quality of raw materials,production technology and other reasons,seamless stainless steel pipe products may have a variety of defects,to the final application of a security threat,serious possible causes of personal and property accidents.Nondestructive testing technology as the main means of product quality control,can ensure that the product is not damaged in the case of stainless steel seamless short pipe wall defects of the nature,size,location,quantity and so accurate assessment,so as to ensure that the final product quality does not occur.In this paper,an automotive high-pressure stainless steel seamless tubing product for testing objects,based on Eddy current detection technology of seamless stainless steel short tube wall flaw detection method and device.By analyzing the influence of different size parameters of the interpolation Eddy current transducer on the eddy current testing effect,this paper designs and manufactures an internal inserted eddy current probe to detect the defects of seamless stainless steel tube wall,and combines the signal processing method to analyze the influence of the test parameters on the defect signal of seamless stainless steel short pipe wall.A simple and efficient eddy current testing system is designed to achieve nondestructive testing of seamless stainless steel short tube wall defects in engineering applications. |
