Phosphor-converted white LEDs have been extensively used and regared as fourth-generation lighting source due to their high brightness,energy conservation,long lifetime and environmental protection.Phosphor is the core material of LED to achieve fluorescence conversion.Red phosphor is the indispensable key material in high-color white and indoor plant growth LED.In this paper,in order to meet the requirements of indoor plant growth and high-color white LED for high-efficiency red light components,Mn4+ion and Eu3+ion-activated complex perovskite red phosphor prepared by solid-state reaction.The structure and luminescent properties of the composite perovskite red phosphor were analyzed and studied.The research main include:?1?CaLaMgM1-xO6:xMn4+?M=Nb,Ta?red phosphors were prepared by high temperature solid state reaction,their crystal structure and luminescence properties were investigated.The absorption,excitation and emission spectra,thermal stability and quantum efficiency of the phosphor were discussed and studied by means of ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy?UV-Abs?and fluorescence spectroscopy?PL/PLE?.The luminescence intensity of CaLaMg M1-xO6:xMn4+?M=Nb,Ta?phosphors was enhanced by charge compensation method.Furthermore,the luminescence intensity and fluorescence quantum yield of red phosphors were compared with other commercial red phosphors under near-UV?365 nm?excitation.Finally,a bright red LED was fabricated by using a 365 nm UV chip with the as-prepared CaLaMgNbO6:0.004Mn4+phosphors,and their electroluminescent properties were also investigated.?2?Sr4Nb2O9:Eu3+red phosphors were prepared by high temperature solid state reaction.The phase structure of the phosphor was analyzed by XRD,and the effect of different flux on the synthesis of phosphor was investigated.The luminescence intensity of Sr4Nb2O9:Eu3+red phosphor was enhanced by charge compensation method.The absorption characteristics,spectral characteristics,fluorescence thermal stability and quantum yield efficiency were measured by UV-Abs,PLE/PL and their quantum efficiency accessories.Finally,a white LED with improved Ra?from 75.6 to 82.5?was fabricated by using a 450 nm blue chip with Y3Al5O12:Ce3+and the as-prepared Sr4Nb2O9:0.13Eu3+,0.05SrF2 phosphor.
