Industrial dyes that have serious carcinogenic and teratogenic effects on the human body, are typical toxic and difficult to degrade pollutants. At present, the illegal use of industrial dyes causes environmental water and food to be contaminated, causing many health problems. Therefore,an effective analytical method is needed for this problem in environmental water and food.Magnetic solid phase extraction is a novel sample preparation method with simple operation, high efficiency and easy separation.Graphene has become the first choice for functionalized magnetic materials due to its unique properties. In this paper, different functionalized graphene oxide nanomaterials were prepared for different target analytes, and the adsorption properties were studied. The magnetic solid phase extraction technique was combined with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry to establish a new analytical method for various industrial dyes. The details are as follows:(1)Sulfonated reduced graphene oxide(S-RGO)was synthesized and characterized.S-RGO adsorbed alkaline orange 21,thioflavine T and rhodamine B in aqueous solution, and used spectrophotometer as a detection means to study its adsorption performance. The results showed that the adsorption of three dyes by S-RGO accorded with the Langmuir isotherm model and the quasi-secondary kinetic model. In this paper, the adsorbent adsorbed with the target analyte was desorbed. The results showed that the desorption rates of alkaline orange 21,thioflavine T and rhodamine B were 98.81%,86.63%and 94.44%,respectively,and the adsorbent could be reused.(2)The magnetic sulfonated reduced graphene oxide(M-S-RGO)nanomaterials were synthesized and characterized, and the adsorption properties of M-S-RGO on three basic dyes were investigated.M-S-RGO was used as an extractant to enrich basic dyes, and a new method for the analysis of 21 basic dyes in environmental water samples was established by using ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.Under optimal conditions, the method has a good linearity in the range of 20-100 ?g·L-1,and the detection limit is 0.11-8.23 ?g·L-1,and the RSD<5.71%.In the spiked recovery of environmental water samples, the recovery rate of 16 dyes in this method was 77.96%-111.7%,and the RSD<5.21%.Dyes with poor recovery can be used as adsorbents to treat dye wastewater.(3)The magnetic aminated graphene oxide(M-N-GO)nanomaterials were synthesized and characterized, and the adsorption properties of M-N-GO on two acid dyes were investigated.M-N-GO was used as an extractant to enrich acid dyes, and a new method for the analysis of eight acid dyes in red wine samples was established by using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.Under the optimal conditions, the method has a good linearity in the range of 100-5000 ?g·L-1,and the detection limit is 0.01-6.23 ?g·L-1,and the RSD<5%.In the spiked recovery of red wine, the recovery rate of the five dyes was 88.62-106.20%,and the RSD<5%.However,due to its good adsorption performance and rapid separation of the solution,it can be applied to the treatment of dye wastewater.
