Enaminone was first named by Greenhill to define a class of 1,3-dione,?-ketoesters or similar 1,3-difunctional compounds containing N-C=C.That compound contains both a strong nucleophilic enamine structure and an electrophilic ketene structure. It is an important structural unit containing unsaturated functional groups and is widely used in the synthesis of various nitrogen-containing heterocyclic rings.Recently, transtition metal-catalyzed reactions for the synthesis of azaheterocycles have been concerned. However, these reations may have some drawbacks, such as high cost and potential contamination of products. Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a reaction for the synthesis of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds without the participation of transition metals.Pyrrole is one of the important heterocyclic compounds and is widely found in natural products and drug molecules.Pyrrole derivatives are important skeletal structures for pharmaceuticals, pesticides, dyes and materials. Therefore, polysubstituted pyrrole derivatives have extremely important uses.In this dissertation,we described a novel route for the synthesis of polysubstituted pyrrole derivatives from base-promoted propargyl-allenyl isomerization/5-exo-dig cyclization/C-C bond cleavage/aromatization cascade reaction for the synthesis of 2,3,4-trisubstituted pyrroles.Benzooxazole and its derivatives are important compounds that not only have a wide range of applications in biology, medicine, etc.,but also exhibit unique properties in fields such as optical materials. Therefore, the synthesis of benzoxazole derivatives is of great significance. This methodolody is a high effect way to synthesis benzooxazole derivatives from N-(2-hydroxylaryl)enaminones via trifluoroacetatemediated C-C bond cleavage and C-O bond formation.
