In recent decades,hydrophobic/oleophobic surface technology has attracted wide attention from scholars and industry at home and abroad.Its excellent properties make it widely applied.However,the service life of hydrophobic/oleophobic surface prepared by most methods can not meet the requirements under harsh working conditions.Aiming at the weak mechanical stability and poor durability of the hydrophobic/oleophobic surface prepared by traditional methods,a new method named under liquid laser ablation for the preparation of robust amphiphobic surface by one-step realization of microstructure fabrication and wettability control is proposed.The work are as follows:(1)The under liquid laser ablation was proposed and the experimental platform was established.The influence of laser process parameters on the morphology of micro structures of YT15 cemented carbide amphiphobic surface in liquid environment were investigated,and the preparation of amphiphobic surface with micro/nano bulge was realized.The changes of the wettability of the amphiphobic surface prepared by different laser parameters were studied.Combined with the morphology and elemental analysis,the feasibility of the under liquid laser ablation to prepare a robust amphiphobic surface was verified.(2)Adopting under liquid laser ablation and innovative laser scanning method,the influence of laser process parameters on the morphology and geometric parameters of micro-pit structure in liquid environment was deliberated.The mathematical model of laser process parameters and micro-structure geometric parameters was established by response surface method.According to the optimization goal,the fabrication of the micro-pited amphiphobic surface was realized.(3)The tribological properties of the micro-pit structure amphiphobic surface prepared by under liquid laser ablation and traditional method,the lyophilic surface ablated by laser and untreated surfaces were discussed by using the controllable environment friction and wear instrument.The anti-friction and wear resistance of the amphiphobic surface prepared by the new method were verified,and the mechanism of anti-friction and wear-resistance was explained.The surface fabricated by under liquid laser ablation has excellent amphiphobic and anti-friction and wear-resistance properties,which has broad application prospects in mechanical seals,cutting tools,fluid drag reduction,bearing transmission,along with liquid non-destructive transportation.
