The difunctionalization of alkenes can introduce two functional groups simultaneously and selectively, and because of its simple operation, strong atomic economy and low raw material cost,it has attracted wide attention and strong research interest of chemists. As one of the most attractive strategies in organic synthesis, alkenes difunctionalization has been indispensable in organic synthesis, especially natural products and drug molecules. The ester compound is widely present in many natural products, drug molecules, and biological correlates. In recent years, the basic method of introducing an ester compound structure into organic molecules has received more attention in pharmaceutical, biological, and synthetic fields.Recently, the difunctionalization of alkenes with substance contained ester and another functional groups are gradually being valued and studied by chemists.Carboxylic acids are favored by chemists because of their low cost and easy availability.Amino acids are the method of key substances in human life. Therefore,it is necessary to develop a simple introduction of an ester bond into a molecule by alkenes difunctionalization. This dissertation in the purpose of constructing esters, studying difunctionalization of alkenes by tert-butyl peroxide, carboxylic acid, and participates. This paper mainly describes the following:In chapter 1,we mainly studies and describes the difunctionalization reaction of peroxides and carboxylic acids with alkenes. It is mainly including:(i)research progress of alkenes difunctionalization reaction involving peroxide;(ii)research progress of alkenes difunctionalization reaction involving carboxylic acid.In chapter 2,we describe the alkylation of alkenes with complex peroxides and arylmethyl groups in detail.Further, the reaction effect of di-tert-butyl peroxide(DTBP)in combination with a carboxylic acid in place of a complex peroxide was explored and a large amount of substrates expansion was carried out.The investigation is carried out by common alkenes, common carboxylic acids or amino acids as substrates, peroxides as oxidizing agents, and methylaryl compounds as solvents. At the same time,we have also done the corresponding study on the reaction mechanism of such reactions. In chapter 3,the reaction of copper catalyzed alkenes with acids and di-tert-butyl peroxides was realized. In this reaction,di-tert-butyl peroxide is used not only as oxidizing agents, but also as the sources of methyl groups to complete the reaction, which further improves atomic economy.
