This paper mainly explores how to quickly prepare AAO templates with large aperture and spacing between small holes from the perspective of experiments,and specifically analyzes the influences of annealing,polishing,aluminum foil area,secondary oxidation,tertiary oxidation and quadruple oxidation on the aperture,spacing and degree of order of AAO templates during the preparation of AAO templates.In this paper,the rapid preparation of large aperture AAO template was studied,and the applicability of the steps to prepare AAO template at low voltage(40V)and high voltage(110V)was analyzed.AAO template spacing was prepared by sodium hydroxide solution rapidly,and the influence of factors(ethanol addition ratio,electrolyte type)on the pore diameter and pore spacing of AAO template was analyzed.To fast preparation of highly ordered and aperture of the regulation of the AAO template,the gradual increase of electrolyte concentration hard oxygen oxidation process for the preparation of AAO template(referred to as "gradually increase the electrolyte),and explore the best preparation technology of this method for initial electrolyte concentration is 1.5 mol/L,in 4 mol/L add electrolyte concentration,electrolyte temperature maintained at 0 °.By comparing and analyzing the changes of current density in AAO templates prepared by different methods,it can be found that: the preparation rate of gradually increasing electrolyte method is 3.76 times higher than that of mild oxidation method,and the maximum current density in the process of gradually increasing electrolyte method is only 26% of the maximum current density in the process of ordinary hard oxygen oxidation method.By analyzing the influence of aluminum foil area on the prepared AAO template,it is found that using aluminum foil with small area to prepare AAO template can better prevent aluminum foil from being broken down.The AAO template was characterized by Dimension Edge atomic force microscope.The results show that the AAO template with the same degree of order can also be prepared from aluminum sheetwithout annealing treatment,but its roughness increases from 20 nm to 50 nm.The order degree,aperture and spacing of AAO templates prepared by secondary oxidation under high voltage conditions are better than those prepared by tertiary oxidation and quaternization oxidation.Sodium hydroxide was selected as electrolyte for the rapid preparation of hole spacing AAO templates.Sodium hydroxide solution is highly corrosive and cannot be prepared by secondary oxidation method,so we chose primary oxidation method to prepare AAO template.The best preparation process is: use 0.3mol/L sodium hydroxide solution,doped with 50% anhydrous ethanol,oxidized at 15 V voltage for 15 min.After characterization of AAO templates,it was found that AAO templates with hole spacing of 30-40 nm were obtained,and when the doping amount of anhydrous ethanol was more than 50%,the excessive corrosion of aluminum foil by sodium hydroxide in the anodic oxidation process could not be better inhibited.Widens the adjustment range of hole spacing of AAO template.
