In the process of underground mining,the surrounding rock control problem of the mining roadway in the fault structure area is one of the safety issues facing coal safety mining.Under the influence of fault tectonic stress,the mechanical state of the surrounding rock of the roadway is quite different,and the rock pressure of the surrounding rock mass of the roadway is complex and serious,which seriously restricts the safe and efficient mining of the mine.In this paper,the auxiliary roadway of 28101 working face of Shengju Mine is taken as the research object.Through field investigation,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation analysis and industrial experiment,the research on the deformation characteristics of the mining roadway and the surrounding rock failure mechanism in the fault structure area are explored.The surrounding rock control strategy is proposed.The research results obtained in this paper are as follows:(1)Through the field investigation and analysis and numerical simulation analysis,the deformation and failure characteristics of the surrounding rock under the fault of tectonic stress are studied.It is found that the surrounding rock stress of the roadway when the roadway is driven into the fault structure area The environmental changes are severe,the mine rock pressure is severe,and the stress environment of the surrounding rock before and after the fault shows obvious difference,which leads to the “mutation” of the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway near the fault,that is,the deformation peak of the surrounding rock of the roadway before and after the fault;(2)Using the theory of rock mass mechanics and elastoplastic mechanics to analyze the structural stress state of the fault structure and the failure characteristics of the surrounding rock of the roadway under the fault structure,and reveal the fault structure.The failure mechanism of surrounding rock in the roadway and the influencing factors of instability.The analysis shows that during the fault formation process,the horizontal principal stress changes to cause the rock mass to slide.After the sliding stops,the fault is stable and a new stress state is formed.At this time,a typical non-uniform stress field is formed near the fault structure,and the surrounding rockof the roadway is in the fault.The fracture is not continuous under the influence of structure,and the damage range of the surrounding plastic zone of the roadway is proportional to the dip angle of the fault,the depth of the roadway and the size of the roadway,and inversely proportional to the cohesion,internal friction angle and support resistance of the rock.Through the theoretical analysis,the influence range of the roadway instability in the fault structure area is determined,that is,the key reinforcement area in the fault structure area is strengthened;(3)Based on the above research,the damage characteristics of the non-uniform stress field in the fault structure area are The anchor support + diamond metal mesh + anchor cable active support structure is combined with the joint support measures of the single hydraulic prop and the truss steel beam;(4)The feedback support effect of the industrial test shows that the stability of the surrounding rock roof of the roadway Significantly enhanced,the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is relatively balanced,and the deformation of the surrounding rock is controlled at about 260 mm,reaching the surrounding rock control of the roadway Of expectations.
