As one of the important application platforms for augmented assembly visualization guidance,Head-Mounted glasses can naturally realize the close combination of field assembly data information and real environment,but at present,Head-Mounted glasses are still in the stage of development and experiment.The computing power of the mobile computer on its own is limited.In the visual guidance process of assembly process augmented,the original model containing geometric shape,product parameters,plane sketches and assembly constraints can't be fully loaded and browsed.Therefore,based on the Head-Mounted glasses platform,the assembly process augmented visualization based on the Head-Mounted glasses platform is studied in this paper.The lightweight technology of 3D model data for process editing and the voice interaction operation for field assembly guidance are put forward respectively.By analyzing the general requirements of assembly process augmented visualization based on Head-Mounted glasses,the functional requirements of assembly process augmented visualization under Head-Mounted glasses platform are obtained.The content of 3D model data information for process editing is classified,the 3D model data information model is established,and the lightweight structure framework of 3D model data for process editing is completed through the model.This essay summarizes the key technologies of voice interaction oriented to field assembly guidance,and defines the requirements of voice interaction based on Head-Mounted glasses.The voice interaction mechanism oriented to field assembly guidance is designed,the voice interaction function module are constructed,and the specific implementation method of voice interaction scheme is established.The framework of assembly process augmented visualization system is established.The composition and implementation of product lightweight model information management system for process editing and voice interaction system for field guidance are described with examples.At the same time,the feasibility and stability of the system are illustrated by experimental comparison.
