Application Study Of Lipid Lamellar Liquid Crystal In Whitening And Moisturizing Skin Care Products

Liquid Crystal(LC)is a special material state between solid and liquid,which has the crystal order of solid and the flow characteristics of liquid.Unlike common mechanism for the formation of emulsion,emulsion containing lipid layer liquid crystal structure is mainly due to its oil-water interface,which can form the ordered structure of directional arrangement,and the orderly structure makes the liquid crystal skin care products to protect skin to taste with good sense of stability,pure and fresh and natural skin,and at the same time it can prolong hydration and closing action,control of the active ingredient slow-release,therefore,these excellent features make liquid crystal skin care products to protect skin to taste has wide development prospects.In this study,lipid layer liquid crystal technology is combined with effective ingredients of whitening and moisturizing,so as to produce effective liquid crystal skin care products.By taking advantage of the transdermal absorption of lipid layer liquid crystal,the whitening and moisturizing effects are maximized to achieve the effect of skin care.In this paper,the application of lamellar liquid crystal in whitening and moisturizing skin care products is studied respectively.The main research work is as follows:(1)The best liquid crystal emulsifier was selected by the ternary phase diagram,and the influence of different formula composition and preparation process on the microstructure of liquid crystal was studied.Against the formation of the content of emulsifier and auxiliary emulsifier types and content,oil type and content,glycerin content,types of polymer was investigated.Studies have shown that liquid crystal most when the the content of emulsifier was 3%,most content is large paste has the feeling of massiness;which determine the auxiliary emulsifier for auxiliary emulsifier C,grease select grease A,B,C mixed oils;when place liquid crystal a month that has a better microstructure;it can selects polymer A as thickener,high pressure resistance,which can not destroy the liquid crystal structure.On preparation technology of emulsifying temperature,the mixture of oil and water phase sequence,shear rate and time,the optimum preparation process for emulsifying temperature 80?;the mixture of oil phase to water phase sequence,shear rate and time at 12000 rpm and 5 min respectively.preparation of blank liquid crystal frost at room temperature,45?,4?,and it placed one month remains relatively stable in illumination conditions.(2)To carry out lipid layer liquid crystal in whitening skin care products study.The results showed that the whitening liquid crystal cream had the properties of shearing thinning,good viscoelasticity and good skin sensation.There was no significant difference between white liquid crystal cream and common O/W cream release behavior in vitro.Transdermal performance of the whitening liquid crystal cream in vitro was studied by the vertical Franz diffusion cell method,and compared with the ordinary O/W cream.The results showed that the skin translucency and retention of glycyrrhizin in liquid crystal cream were 1.87 times and 1.91 times of that in O/W cream respectively.The test of human melanin proves the whitening effect of the whitening liquid crystal cream.The chicken embryo allantoic membrane experiment was used to evaluate the irritation of the whitening liquid crystal cream,and the melanin experiment also evaluate the whitening effect of liquid crystal cream.The result shows that the whitening liquid crystal cream is safe and non-irritating.(3)To carry out lipid layer liquid crystal in moisturizing skin care products was studied.The results showed that the moisturizing active ingredient optimal addition amount of tremella polysaccharide was 0.2%,and the rheological properties showed that the moisturizing liquid crystal had good skin sensation,which was consistent with the sensory evaluation results.The skin moisture meter CM825 from CK company in Germany was used for the test.The results showed that the tremellum polysaccharide liquid crystal cream showed excellent moisturizing performance within 6 hours of the test.
