H2S and HCN need to be desulfurized and cyanogened treated before recycling and processing,otherwise it will cause equipment corrosion and product quality degradation.However,?NH4?2S2O3 and NH4SCN are often generated in the process,which reduces the desulfurization efficiency.If the desulfurization wastewater discharged,it will cause pollutions.If the desulfurization wastewater purified and recycled,it can not only create good economic benefits,but also achieve the purpose of environmental protection.Two types of HPF desulphurization wastewater treatment techniques were studied in this paper,the main operating conditions,equipment transformation and concentration were researched.Firstly,?NH4?2SO4 and 98% NH4SCN crystals have been obtained through?NH4?2S2O3 with the addition of adjuvant.Besides,the close relationship between experiment conditions and purity samples is systematically ascertained.Secondly,the shortcomings of the old process in salt extraction were discussed and the improved method of the new process in salt extraction was expounded.In this process,99.4% NH4SCN were obtained.Compared to the old technology,the new process is especially suitable for the preparation of NH4SCN crystals due to the convenient of operation,high efficiency of equipments and high purity of crystals.Finally,the content and concentration influence of?NH4?2S2O3 and NH4SCN in the desulfurization liquid were obtained.The results show that the new process of salt extraction can create considerable economic benefits,realize the balance goal of benefit and environmental protection.Figure 9;Table 22;Reference 45...
