As the country's environmental management and control of the steel coking industry is becoming more and more stringent,the coking phenol cyanide wastewater with high ammonia nitrogen and high COD is a key part of environmental management and control because of its difficult handling and complex processing technology.It is of great significance to seek a process coking enterprise that satisfies both the requirements of the indicator and the economy.In this paper,JT coking phenol cyanide wastewater upgrading as the research object,based on the theory and method of AO process of subsection influent,starting from the actual engineering problems of JT coking phenol cyanide wastewater treatment.Firstly,through on-site investigation and sampling,the existing problems of JT's wastewater treatment system are found,the scope of the project and customer needs are clarified,and then the improvement objectives are formulated according to the needs.Then,through the analysis of the principle of biological denitrification,the problems affecting the company's wastewater treatment are identified and the process reasons are found.Subsequently,according to the principle of the staged influent AO process,and formulate and implement the solution,the ratio of water distribution in the design of the second stage A/O is 20~30%,and the return flow of nitrifying liquid is between 51-105%.The flow control is between 113-175%.Finally,according to the verified scheme,and standardized control and project evaluation,the total nitrogen in the biochemical effluent reached below 50 mg/L.In this paper,the theory and method of AO process with segmented influent are applied to production practice,which can make the wastewater treatment work more scientific and systematic,and then improve the management and control level of process.It is of great significance for JT company to better adapt to the new market situation and improve its market competitiveness.At the same time,it can also be used for segmenting.The influent AO process can be used for reference in coking phenol cyanogen wastewater.Figure 33;Table 14;Reference 41...
