Wetlands can effectively regulate the environment and are important ecosystems.Wetland sediment is an important factor affecting the wetland water environment. This paper takes the sediment of Shifosi artificial wetland as the research object, analyzes the effects of different aquatic plants on the changes of organic carbon and nitrogen contents in sediments, the distribution of organic carbon and nitrogen contents, and different aquatic conditions.Contamination of sediment in the plant area.To provide a scientific basis for the protection and improvement of wetlands, this paper uses data statistics and cross-referenced experimental methods to study the characteristics of organic carbon and nitrogen in aquatic plant sediments. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)In order to study the effects of aquatic plants on the organic carbon and nitrogen content of sediments, the sediments of five research areas(reed area, lotus area, pucao area, submerged and floating plant mixed area and blank area)were measured. The content of organic carbon and nitrogen in the sediment of the area showed that the research area with high organic carbon and nitrogen content in the sediment of spring wetland was reed and lotus area, and the research area with higher summer content was lotus area and autumn reed area. The content of the lotus area is higher, and the content of the lotus area in winter is higher.Due to the petals of the lotus, the stems and leaves are more, and the plant residues are more, the organic carbon and nitrogen content in the lotus region is higher. The results of organic carbon and nitrogen contents in several aquatic plant research areas showed that the content of reed, mixed and lotus areas was higher, and the content of pucao area was lower than that of blank area.(2)In order to study the distribution characteristics of organic carbon and nitrogen in sediments in different areas,In October, four aquatic plant research areas(reed area, lotus area, pucao area, submerged and floating plant mixed area)and the sediment of the main river trough were used to stratify the sediment and measure the organic carbon and nitrogen content. The distribution of organic carbon and nitrogen showed that the distribution of organic carbon and nitrogen in the surface sediment of wetland, the average content of organic carbon in the five research areas mix > lotus > reed > main river trough >pucao, the dispersion of sampling points in each study area In comparison, the degree of dispersion of reed, lotus and pucao is small, and the dispersion of the main river trough is relatively large. The nitrogen content is mix > lotus > main river trough > reed > pucao, the degree of dispersion of sampling points in each study area is compared,Reed <pucao <lotus <mix <main river trough.Vertical distribution of organic carbon and nitrogen content in wetland sediments: The distribution oforganic carbon and nitrogen content in the five study areas was the highest in the surface layer and the lowest in the bottom layer. The trend of organic carbon and nitrogen content in the lotus area is a twist, slow decline-slow rise-rapid decline, the change trend of the reed area is slow decline-rapid decline, the change trend of the Pucao area is slow decline-rapid decline-slow decline, the main river channel The trend of change is slow decline-rapid decline-slow decline, and the change pattern of the mixed zone is continuous decline.(3)To study the pollution status of sediments in different aquatic plant areas,The contents of organic carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus were measured by sediments from four aquatic plant research areas(reed area, lotus area, bulrush area, submerged and floating plant mixed area). The carbon and nitrogen ratios were used to analyze the organic matter sources of sediments. The Pearson test method was used to analyze the correlation analysis of organic carbon and nitrogen in sediments, and the linear fitting was carried out.The sediment pollution was evaluated by the combination of organic pollution index and comprehensive pollution index. The results show that the source of organic carbon and nitrogen in the sediment of wetland plays a leading role. The proportion of exogenous sources in the four research areas is different.Comparison of carbon to nitrogen ratios in four study areas, lotus<pucao> reed <mix. There is a linear correlation between organic carbon and nitrogen in the sediment. The fitting equation of organic carbon and nitrogen in the lotus region is TN=0.099× TOC+0.070.The fitting equation of organic carbon and nitrogen in the reed area is TN=0.114 × TOC+0.046.The fitting equation of organic carbon and nitrogen in pucao District is TN=0.113×TOC+0.049.The fitting equation of organic carbon and nitrogen in the mixed zone is TN=0.088×TOC+0.063.The fitting equation of the sediment organic carbon and sediment nitrogen in the four research areas is lotus>pucao>reed>mixed. The results of organic pollution evaluation showed that the wetland was in a relatively clean state as a whole, and there was a pollution index: lotus area> reed area> mix area> pucao area. The cleaning effect of pucao on the organic pollution of wetland sediments was better.Reed>mix>pucao>lotus, reed and mix area is in mild pollution state, lotus area has the best effect on comprehensive pollution.Comprehensive evaluation results of wetland are relatively clean,no preventive measures and protection, over time There is a risk of contamination, and pucao has the best cleaning effect on wetland sediments.
