Study Of Wastewater Treatment For Anshan Iron And Steel Group Corporation And Feasibility Analysis

The project “Study of wastewater advanced treatment for Anshan iron and steel group corporation” would be implemented in order to reduce discharge of Anshan iron and steel group corporation to reach the aim of full recycling,and further achieve "zero emissions" or up-to-standard discharge.Based on this,the research works have been done as follows.According to the water balance after optimized operation of each process,the scale of the final advanced treatment project was confirmed based on the situation analysis of the existing used water of Anshan iron and steel group corporation.Water quality analysis was carried out for the effluent of existing wastewater plant to determine treatment technology and water quality standard of the new project.Wastewater advanced treatment for Anshan iron and steel group corporation was designed and carried out according to water quality indexes of the inflow and effluent,and combined with domestic mature water treatment process.3 sets of processing scheme were determined,and the pilot test was implemented and water quality indexes of the inflow and effluent from the pilot plant and the main reaction unit were continuous monitored for one month.The process route of scheme 2 adopted was anoxia biofilter/aerobic biofilter-efficient flocculation sedimentation-filtration-heterogeneous catalytic oxidation combined process.The 90% data of various monitoring indexes(except for chromaticity)of the effluent after scheme 2 were up to standard discharge,and the qualification rate of chromaticity was only 36.7%.This scheme neither required additional carbon sources during operation,nor adjusted alkalinity,therefore,the relative operation cost was low.In short,scheme 2 was more suitable for this project.Taking the pilot scheme 2 as an example,the project design and investment analysis of new wastewater advanced treatment project of Anshan iron and steel group corporation were carry on to provide the reference basis for the construction of the project.The water yield of design was 2000 t/h,the total investment of the project was about 4891.18 million yuan,and the running cost of tons of water water was 1.19 yuan according to the operating cycle of 10 years.The implementation of this project would realize the total recycling and achieve zero emission or up-to-standard discharge.The water quality indexes after treated fully met the integrated wastewater standard of liaoning province(DB21/1627-2008),individual indexes were also better than emissions standards,and the overall index met new water quality indexes of Anshan iron and steel group corporation with the condition of recycling.
