The large-scale integral wall panel is an important structural component of modern advanced aircraft and has become an important symbol in the field of advanced civilian aircraft design and manufacturing.Due to its high strength,low density,high elastic modulus,and high specific strength and specific stiffness,the aluminum-lithium alloy monolithic wall panel has an aluminum-lithium alloy monolithic body for a certain type of aircraft fuselage that has completely independent intellectual property rights.board.In order to improve the surface quality of the panel after forming and improve the fatigue life,it is necess ary to search for the green processing method of the physical milling and filling material roll forming instead of the traditional chemical milling processing method.In order to improve production efficiency,reduce production costs,and improve yield,th e finite element method was used to simulate and simulate the overall wall roll bending process,to verify the feasibility and reliability of the back rol l bending method of the filler.Firstly,based on the basic theory of surface expansion,the optimal datum plane for optimal wall-to-digital expansion is discussed.On this basis,the slab expansion digital model is constructed by feature transformation.Secondly,based on the structural features of the wall-expansion digital model,a finite element simulation analysis model is established.Using the 3D finite element model and dynamic explicit algorithm,the process of the roll forming of the integral wall and the influence of the filler on the roll bending quality were deeply studied.analysis.Through Abaqus finite element simulation analysis,the feasibility and reliability of a certain type of fuselage wall plate adopting the filler roll bending method were verified,and the simulation of the roll-bending forming without filling material,filled rubber material and filled aluminum alloy material was compared respectively.Finally,a part of the fuselage wall part of a certain type of machine is used as a test piece to fill two different materials to form a roll forming method.Through verification,it is proved that this method can effectively improve the forming precision of the wallboard.
