With the rapid development of the global economy, the production technology of the manufacturing industry has also been significantly improved. However,in the process of scientific and technological progress, the environmental pollution problem has become increasingly serious, and the demand for energy has gradually increased, and the use of traditional fossil energy will It causes serious pollution to the environment, and hydrogen has received extensive attention as a non-polluting energy source with high calorific value. In various technologies for preparing hydrogen, electrocatalysis for oxygen evolution reaction(OER)plays a key role.By controlling morphology,multi-component synergy, doping, etc.,a highly efficient OER catalyst can be prepared, and the transition Metal phosphides have broad research prospects due to their superior conductivity over most oxides and other structural and performance advantages. In this thesis,iron-cobalt two-component phosphide was used as the main synthetic object. The metal organic framework materials MOFs and foamed carbon precursors were explored respectively. The effects of different pre-forms on the morphology were explored. The relationship between the proportion and performance of the share has been explored accordingly.Combined with characterization analysis and performance test, the corresponding mechanism of electrocatalytic oxygen evolution mechanism of the product was proposed, and the generality of the synthesis method was discussed. The precursors were synthesized by using MOFs as iron-cobalt bimetallic phosphide. The precursors were characterized by morphological characterization, thermal stability investigation and phase characterization. The precursors were prepared by iron salt impregnation. The body was immersed in the iron salt, and finally the sample was placed in a tube furnace for phosphating to obtain a phosphating catalyst of iron-cobalt two-component.The performance of the catalyst was tested and found to have excellent electrocatalytic performance.Two-dimensional porous flaky bimetallic phosphide was prepared by three-step sintering by blowing method. The performance analysis showed that the prepared iron-cobalt two-component phosphating product has excellent electrocatalytic performance and maintained in constant pressure test.Good stability. The preparation of the above phosphide catalyst can replace the composition of iron and cobalt according to different transition metals required, thereby preparing a more complex multi-component transition metal phosphide sheet catalyst, and the amount of each component in the preparation process can be The early stage is well controlled,so this method can be used as an extension for the preparation of high-efficiency phosphide electrocatalysts. It is better to understand the mechanism in electrocatalytic reactions through more test analysis,in order to lay a solid theory in future practical applications.basis.
