Micro/nanomaterials exhibit unique physical, chemical, optical, electrical and mechanical properties due to their high specific surface area properties, quantum size characteristics, macroscopic quantum tunneling properties, etc.,and are widely used in high-efficiency photocatalysts, biomarkers, novel luminescent materials, nonlinear optics, chemical sensors, and high-density information storage.Because of their large size in one dimension, also mean a large aspect ratio,micro/nanofibers have a wide application prospect in various fields such as clothing, biomedicine, environmental protection, and optoelectronic devices. As a simple and economical method, electrospinning became one of the most important methods for producing micro/nanofibers.In order to solve the problem of fine fiber control in electrospinning,a new equipment construction method and process parameters were designed.PVP microfibers were prepared, and a single continuous PVP microfiber was prepared by direct-write electrospinning.PVP/Ag microfibers with core-shell structure were also successfully prepared. The possibility of electrospinning in the preparation of photocatalyst was also explored, and a C/TiO2 nanofiber mat with photocatalytic properties was prepared and a series of characterization tests were made,as follows:?1?This paper designed and constructed a vertical electrospinning equipment, which used the simple preparation of PVP nanofibers and explored the relationship between the collection distance and the diameter of nanofibers. The experimental results show that the device can smoothly prepare fibers of about 500 nm,and the diameter of the nanofibers decreases as the collection distance increases.Thereafter, the device was used to prepare a single continuous fiber having a diameter of about 1?m by a near-field low-voltage direct writing process, which can be continuously spun on a large scale and can be finely controlled.Optical microscopy images and scanning electron microscopy images showed that the fiber surface was smooth and uniform, and the dimensions were uniform and there was no bond between the cross fibers. Then, the device was used to prepare a single diameter of about 1?m using a near-field low-voltage direct writing process. The continuous fiber of the root can be continuously spun on a large scale and can be finely controlled.Optical microscopy images and SEM images show that the fiber surface is smooth and uniform, and the dimensions are uniform and there is no bond between the cross fibers.?2?In this paper,a core-shell PVP fiber with inner cladding Ag was successfully prepared by coaxial electrospinning.Electron microscopy images show that the core-shell structure is well defined, and the internal Ag are much more compact and compact, with smooth fibers and uniform size.Such core-shell fiber can play the role of nanowires in optoelectronic devices and provide ideas for the preparation of multilayer coaxial cables.?3?In this paper,a C/TiO2 nanofiber mat is prepared as a photocatalyst by electrospinning, which has a high specific surface area. The visible light catalysis experiments on methyl orange solution show that the adsorption/catalytic performance is good, and the preparation process is simple, and it can be used as a large-area water pollutant degradation.
