In recent years,with the rapid development of white LEDs in the field of illumination,ultraviolet or near-ultraviolet LED chips have been used to stimulate multi-color phosphors.Among them,phosphors with LiLn?PO3?4 matrix have attracted much attention due to their high quenching concentration,high luminous efficiency and low production cost.In this paper,white light phosphors with Dy3+/Eu3+,Tb3+/Eu3+rare earth ions doped with LiLn?PO3?4 were prepared,and the phosphors with excellent white light performance were obtained respectively.On this basis,Phosphor-in-Glass?PiG?and microcrystalline ceramic doped with Dy3+/Eu3+Rare Earth on LiLn?PO3?4 Matrix were prepared..The research content and research results of the full text are as follows:Dy3+/Eu3+,Tb3+/Eu3+single-doped phosphors were prepared based on the phosphorescence of LiLn?PO3?4 matrix with high quenching concentration and excellent optical properties.The doping concentration of rare earth ions was studied.The optical properties of the phosphor.The fluorescent pink of Dy3+/Eu3+double doping at 363nm excitation is marked as?0.335,0.3505?,and the color temperature is 5398K;the fluorescence pink coordinates of Tb3+/Eu3+double doping are?0.3472,0.3265?,and the color temperature is 4788K.In order to encapsulate the phosphor,the Phosphor-in-Glass was prepared by co-sintering low-melting silicate glass and phosphor,and the phosphor of Dy3+/Tm3+doped with LiLn?PO3?4was prepared by high temperature solid phase method.The optical properties of the phosphor glass ceramics prepared under different phosphor and glass powder ratios and the phosphors under different wavelengths of excitation light were studied.The color coordinates of the fluorescent glass ceramics under the excitation light of 365nm are polarized to the yellow light region,and the color temperature is about 3700K.The color coordinates of the Dy3+/Tm3+double-doped phosphor under the excitation light of 362nm are?0.3217,0.3432?,and the color temperature is 5989K.In order to further study the potential value of LiLn?PO3?4 matrix in the field of white light illumination,white glass with double doping of LiLn?PO3?4 matrix Dy3+and Eu3+was prepared and microcrystallized to obtain crystallite glass.The effect of heat treatment temperature on the optical properties of the glass-ceramics.The crystals of LiYP4O12 and YPO4 were present in the sample after heat treatment,and the fluorescence intensity of the sample treated at 650°C for 5h was significantly enhanced.
