In recent years,with the continuous improvement of mine mining intensity,the output of mines has increased year by year,and the task of mine excavation has become increasingly arduous,which has brought about the problem of tight mining replacement.Mines often face the previous working face.The mining work has not yet ended and the excavation work for the next work surface has begun.For the working face of the double lane layout,the transportation roadway will inevitably be affected by the dynamic pressure and the tunneling.Therefore,how to effectively control the roadway deformation under such circumstances is very worthy of investigation.This paper takes the 9# coal seam of Dongxing Mine as the research object,and solves the problem that the surrounding rock is severely deformed and the support is difficult under the influence of the dynamic pressure of the 94303 working face under the 94303 working face.It is carried out by means of field investigation,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.In this paper,the causes of instability of roadway under original support conditions are analyzed.The influence of mining face 94304 on the working face and the influence of tunneling of 94304 transport roadway on the surrounding rock stability of the roadway are studied.Based on the research,a high-strength stable anchor is proposed.The cable support technology was also carried out at the same time.On-site industrial test was carried out.The work of the anchor cable was monitored by field test.The monitoring results show that the optimized rock bolt support technology and the deformation of surrounding rock of94304 transport lane It is well controlled and basically controls the deformation of the roadway.The results of the original support failure and damage study show that there are some weak links in the transportation lane,especially under the influence of the adjacent working face mining,the deformation rate of the surrounding rock of the roadway is obviously increased,and the roofing accident occurs in some supporting sections,and the original supporting strength is low.It cannot effectively resist the influence of dynamic pressure on the transportation lane.According to the field measurement and dynamic pressure control principle,the segmentation anchor cable reinforcement technology is proposed: different support reinforcement methods are adopted according to different sections of thetransportation lane,so that the reinforcement anchor cable and the original support form a unified support bearing.The stability of the surrounding rock is greatly improved.Based on the analysis of the deformation and failure characteristics of the surrounding rock of the 94304 transportation roadway in Dongxing Mine,the stress distribution of the surrounding rock of the 94304 transportation roadway under the original support mode was simulated by FLAC3 D software,and the high-strength prestressed anchor support technology was applied to the The roadway is optimized for the original support.The effectiveness of the optimization scheme is proved by simulation,and the rationality of the optimization scheme is verified by the field test method.
