Aiming at the condition of mining roadway driving along roof for the first time in1308 working face of Medium Energy Coal Industry,taking 1308 transport roadway as test roadway and referring to the support mode of mining roadway in 1305 working face,this paper studies the efficient and fast driving support mode of 1308 transport roadway,simplifies the support scheme,increases the driving speed and reduces the cost of supporting materials on the premise of ensuring roof safety.Major research is as follows:?1?According to the geological data of 1308 working face transportation roadway and the geomechanical test of 1305 working face,the maintenance characteristics of1308 working face transportation roadway are analyzed.Taking circular roadway as the research object,the stress distribution characteristics and deformation law of Roadway after excavation are analyzed,the mechanism of bolt action on surrounding rock after bolt installation is studied,and the control effect of different bolt support parameters on surrounding rock of roadway is analyzed.?2?Establishing numerical calculation model,using FLAC3D software to simulate the stress distribution characteristics and surface displacement of roadway without support and under three support schemes respectively.Through the analysis and evaluation of numerical simulation results,the reasonable support scheme is optimized for practice.?3?After the application of the second support technology in the transport roadway,according to the monitoring results of rock pressure and the driving speed,the surrounding rock of the roadway is well controlled,the quality of the bolt construction is qualified,and the bolt anchorage effect is good.The single-row bolt support rate is increased by about 20%,which proves that the second support scheme is reasonable.When the driving conditions permit,scheme two and scheme three can be used to support the test roadway.The numerical simulation results verify that scheme two and scheme three have a high reference value for the support design of the mining roadway in the mining area or other mining areas.
