Aimed at xinqiao coal mining working face coal drying,high content of dust and coal dust water imbibition some problems,the experimental analysis,numerical simulation and industrial test method,to analyze and select the kinds of wetting agents,wetting agent concentration and injection pressure are studied on the influence law of wetting effect of coal seam,exploring the ejector fluid viscosity influence on water injection pump adding proportion,and then improve the wetting agents to add device,and in xinqiao coal mine fully mechanized and comprehensive tunneling working face to carry on the industrial test.The main achievements are as follows:(1)Analysis of the different kinds of wetting agents infiltrating effect of coal samples,the selected secondary alkyl sulfonate as special wetting agents,reveals the wetting agent concentration on the influence law of wetting effect of coal seam is: with the increase of wetting agent concentration,coal seam bibulous rate rise,the solution surface tension decreased gradually,reverse permeability and higher dust precipitation rate,proportion of coal dust and dust falling.(2)The relationship between water injection pressure and coal bed water absorption rate,coal bed dust production and respirable dust production is obtained: with the increase of water injection pressure,coal bed water absorption rate increases,coal bed dust production and respirable dust production decreases.(3)The analysis shows that the increase of ejection fluid viscosity will cause the decrease of ejection coefficient of the ejector and the increase of flow resistance;It is concluded that the back pressure of hydraulic ejector increases with the increase of working fluid pressure and flow rate,and decreases with the increase of ejection coefficient.The relative parameters of hydraulic ejector are modified and the adding device of wetting agent is improved.(4)In track transportation tunnel in the xinqiao mine 2501 fully mechanized coal face and 2303 comprehensive tunneling working face in the industrial test,determine the peak stress based on the mining face in front of the coal seam water injection location,mining working face is analyzed in different water injection pressure,under the condition of wetting agent concentration,wetting radius and water flooding efficiency of dust,get the technological parameters of coal seam water injection,achieved good application effect.
