Due to the influence of mining superimposed stress,there is serious deformation in the auxiliary transportation roadway of Qipanjing Mine.The causes of failure and deformation are complex.Based on the engineering background of the deformation and failure of the auxiliary transportation north roadway in Qipanjing Mine,this paper analyses the deformation mechanism of the roadway.Using UDEC numerical simulation,theoretical analysis,field investigation and other methods,the distribution characteristics of horizontal and vertical stresses in large roadway in different periods,law of fracture propagation and distribution characteristics of displacement field were analyzed.The reason and mechanism of the destruction of the auxiliary transport north roadway are obtained and based on it.Through UDEC,theoretical analysis and field measurement,the specific supporting measures of roadways are determined.The specific supporting measures of the roadway were determined.There are mainly grouting reinforcement and bolt control.Furthermore,the deformation and failure of the auxiliary transport north roadway have been controlled to a certain extent.The main research results are as follows.(1)The vertical and horizontal stress range,crack development and displacement field distribution characteristics during excavation of the roadway are obtained by using UDEC software.The stress distribution,crack propagation and displacement field distribution law of the roadway during mining at 0906 working face and 0907 working face on both sides of the roadway are obtained,and then the deformation mechanism of the roadway is obtained,which is supplemented by the following.The support of auxiliary transport north roadway lays a theoretical foundation.(2)According to the analysis of deformation and failure mechanism of surrounding rock in the auxiliary transportation north roadway,a reasonable grouting scheme is put forward,and grouting parameters such as grouting depth and grouting pressure are determined.UDEC is used to simulate and calculate the deformation of surrounding rock under different grouting schemes,and then an effective grouting scheme is obtained.In order to control the deformation of surrounding rock more effectively after grouting reinforcement,in order to further alleviate the deformation phenomenon of auxiliary transportation roadway after grouting,a more effective bolt support scheme is proposed.(3)According to the determined grouting parameters and grouting schemes and the actual situation of auxiliary transportation roadway,combined with UDEC simulation of support effect under different bolt schemes,the bolt support scheme is put forward in accordance with the actual situation of the site.According to industrial test and field observation of auxiliary transportation roadway,the bolt and grouting support scheme can effectively control the deformation of the roadway and increase the roadway the bearing capacity of the road.
