Abstract/Summary:
As a new technology,the pre-mixed abrasive jet cutting has developed rapidly and the application range has been expanding.The cutting capacity and cutting accuracy of abrasive jet are increasing,so this paper studies the processing of high strength metals with small abrasive jet and unfolds volume.Starting with the system composition of pre-mixed abrasive jet and combining with Jet flow field theory and dynamics theory,the stress and acceleration mechanism of abrasive particles in jet are being analyzed,same as the mechanism of macroscopic residual pattern of cutting surface.Based on the existing cutting theory,the orthogonal experiments of cutting tungsten alloy CD337 and titanium alloy TC18 by pre-mixed abrasive jet are designed in this paper.Combined with theoretical and experimental variance analysis,the mechanism of abrasive jet cutting high strength metal was studied.At the same time,the numerical simulation of the cutting process is carried out by SPH method,and the calculation result are in agreement with the experimental result.In this paper,a single factor experiment on the effect of jet pressure and abrasive particle size on the surface morphology of the tangent scale was carried out,and the experimental data were collected and analyzed by statistical method.The conclusions obtained are instructive to improve the surface quality of the tangent.
