Ce-SBA-15 was synthesized using hydrothermal synthesis and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction,scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope.It can be figured out that two-dimensional six-party channel structure of Ce-SBA-15 is regular and orderly.Ce-SBA-15 owns a large number of active sites when introduced Cenium element by adjusted p H,and has ordered structure with no Ce O2 crystal being found when p H is 4,the mole rate of Ce: Si is 0.075.CaO-Ce-SBA-15 is abtained by loading CaO on the Ce-SBA-15 via impregnation method.It is characterized by Nitrogen adsorption-desorption,and CO2 Temperature Program Desorption,indicating that it has large specific surface area,uniform pore size distribution and more basic sites.CaO-Ce-SBA-15 is evulated by PLA alcoholysis.The conditions of reaction,reaction temperature,time,mole rate of methanol and PLA repeat unit,weight rate of catalyst and PLA are optimized.The optimized conditions are time 3 h,temperature110 ?,molar ratio nmethanol:n PLA=6:1,mass ratio mcatalyst:m PLA = 0.12.The recycling property of CaO-Ce-SBA-15 was assessed and the mechanism was explored.15%CaO-Ce-SBA-15 is synthesissed and used in PC methanolysis reaction.The conditions of PC methanolysis reaction were investigated,time 3 h,temperature130 ?,molar ratio nmethanol:n PC = 6:1,mass ratio of catalyst mcatalyst:mPC=0.3,mass raio of solvent m THF:mPC = 2.Meanwhile,the chemical dynamics of PC methanolysis over CaO-Ce-SBA-15 was studied and the activation energy was calculated to be160.68 k J/mol.It is found that the recycling property of 15% CaO-Ce-SBA-15 is the most excellent cycled over 6 times.Hollow SiO2@ZrO2 sphere material was prepared at room-temperature.CaO-Ce O2/SiO2@ZrO2 was synthesized by impregnation method and characterizied by XRD,XPS,SEM,TEM-mapping,N2 adsorption-desorption,CO2-TPD.It is discovered that CaO-Ce O2/SiO2@ZrO2 with enriched active sites ensures excellent catalic stability,higher resistence to alkali.The strong intereaction among Ce O2,CaOand ZrO2 approaches a high effiency to alcoholiysis PC.The optimize conditions of PC alcoholysis reaction are time 3 h,temperature 100 ?,molar ratio nmethanol:n PC =6:1,mass ratio mcatalyst:mPC = 0.3,mass ratio of solvent m THF:mPC=2.
