Objective:The GO-MIL-101(Cr)composite was formed by combining grapheme oxide(GO)with metal-organic framework MIL-101(Cr)regulated by dendrimer polyamidoamine(PAMAM)to establish a novel and highly sensitive GO-MIL-101(Cr)composite electrochemical sensor to detect the contents of 1-hydroxypyrene(1-OHPyr)in urine efficiently.Methods:GO was prepared using the improved Hummers method;MIL-101(Cr)was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and PAM AM was added to regulate the synthesis.GO-MIL-101(Cr)composite material was prepared through a simple ultrasonication method.The morphology and structure of the obtained GO-MIL-101(Cr)composite material were characterized via scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry(UV-Vis),fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR),X-ray diffractometer spectrum(XRD),nitrogen adsorption and specific surface area analysis(BET)and thermal stability analysis(TGA).The ERGO-MIL-101(Cr)modified electrode based on GO-MIL-101(Cr)composite was constructed by electrochemical reduction method,and the electrochemical behavior of 1-OHPyr on the composite electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry(CV)and differential pulse voltammetry(DPV).Results:The results showed that dendrimer PAMAM successfully regulated the size of MIL-101(Cr),which was reduced greatly and presented normal octahedral morphology.Various characterization methods confirmed the successful synthesis of GO-MIL-101(Cr)composites.The results showed that the constructed GO-MIL-101(Cr)electrochemical sensor had a good electrocatalytic effect on the electrochemical reduction of 1-OHPyr?The reduction peak current of 1-OHPyr showed a good linear relationship with its concentration in the range of 0.1?1.0?mol/L and 1.0?6.0?mol/L.The detection limit for 1-OHPyr was estimated to be 0.075?mol/L.The method was successfully applied to the determination of 1-OHPyr in human urine.Conclusion:The GO-MIL-101(Cr)composite electrochemical sensor constructed in this experiment can be used for the determination of actual samples of 1-OHPyr,with high sensitivity,practicability and operability,which is conducive to the promotion and use.
