Gas explosion is always a great disaster in mine,it causes lots of lost in manpower and material resources. The most explosive pressure and temperature are not only regarded as parts of the criterion we measure destructiveness, but also viewed as research emphasis in the study of gas explosion. The environment is complex in mine. The autoignition of mine engenders C2H4,C2H6,CO and raises mine temperature, they are all the catalyzers of methane explosion. This paper mainly deals with the impact of temperature and combustible gases volume fraction on the largest explosive pressure and temperature of gas explosion. This paper takes advantages of gas explosion module in software of FLACS,and chooses common gases in mine, for example,CH4,C2H4,C2H6,H2 and CO.in addition, four initial temperatures(25?,60?,100?,140?,180?)are chosen. Then take the two factors as variates to study the rules of largest pressure and temperature in gases explosion. In order to verify the practicability, the compare of experimental and simulate data is performanced.Part of simulate date are choosed to compare with experimental data, and the validity of simulation. The conclusions can be got:the largest explosive pressure and temperature of methane with volume fraction of 7vol%rise alone with increased single and mixed combustible in gases volume fraction. The largest explosive pressure and temperature of methane of 9.5vol%have slight increase with increased C2H4?C2H6 and CO,and then descend. The largest explosive pressure and temperature of methane of 11vol%always descend alone with increasing combustible gases volume fraction.Of all single gases,C2H6 has most obvious impact on the largest explosive pressure and temperature of methane, and it is followed by C2H4.The effects of H2 and CO are close, and they are much smaller than the gases above.Analogously,of all mixed gases, the gases containing major C2H4 and C2H6 have greater impact on the largest explosive pressure and temperature of methane. The highest explosive temperature of methane rises and the largest explosive pressure descends with initial temperature increasing. At a lower initial temperature, the largest explosive temperature and pressure have bigger rising amplitude alone with increased combustible gases than at a higher initial temperature. The rising ranges of methane explosive temperature with initial temperature increasing from 25? to 180? are affected by volume fraction of combustible gases:Upon adding single or mixed combustible gases with lower volume fraction, the maximum explosive temperatures of methane of 7vol%have larger rise ranges than that with higher volume fraction. However, the maximum explosive temperatures of methane of 9.5volo%and llvol%have inverse laws. The decreasing amplitude of largest explosive pressure is always 36%-37%,and has no connection with combustible gases volume fraction. The weighting effect of four combustible gases on largest explosive temperature and pressure of methane of 7vol%is equal to the impact of corresponding mixed gases. This regular is inapplicable to the reflection with more volume fraction of methane and other four combustible gases.
