As the most abundant transition metal of the world,iron-based materials are used as hydrogen evolution electrocatalysts,which have practical significance.Electrocatalysts prepared from Fe,Ni and C materials are suitable for large-scale production.The specific research is as follows:1.FeS2-RGO hybrid catalysts are synthesized with the use of abundant and inexpensive component worldwide.The catalyst has satisfactory electrocatalytic performance and excellent stability in 0.5 M H2SO4 solution.The catalyst supported by RGO is the ideal electrocatalyst with satisfactory electrical conductivity with 61 mV dec-1 of the Tafel slope.What is more,the current density changes slightly in 36 h and the catalytic performance is relatively stable at 200 mV overpotential.Therefore,the catalyst supported by RGO has simple composition and satisfactory electrocatalytic effect.2.The Ni element acts as one of the transition metals and has a synergistic effect with the Fe element.The different effects of Electrocatalytic Hydrogen Evolution of FeNixS2-RGO Electrocatalysts are studied with different nickel-doped content added.The results demonstrate that the Ni element incorporated with a molar fraction of 10%(FeNi0.10S2-RGO)has a lower Tafel slope(71.96 mV dec-1)and good electrochemical kinetics.However,the Ni element with a mole fraction of 20%(FeNi0.20S2-RGO)has a low overpotential.Compared to FeNi0.10S2-RGO,the overpotential of FeNi0.20S2-RGO is reduced by 42 mV at the current density of 10 mA cm-2 in 0.5 M H2SO4.3.Transition metal oxide Fe2O3 nanocatalysts on N?doped carbon nanomaterials has good electrocatalytic performance for hydrogen evolution reaction under alkaline media.At the same time,the material is novel.Among them,Fe2O3-NCs calcined at 800°C receives the best electrochemical performance because it has excellent electrochemical kinetics(Tafel slope=76.6 mV dec-1)and good stability?At an overpotential of 350 mV,stable hydrogen evolution can be maintained at 48 h?in 1 M KOH.In addition,Fe2O3-NCs calcined at 800°C is prepared by simple and inexpensive raw materials,and it is One-step synthesis,which is easy for prepared.
