According to the macroscopic state of mater,the electrode materials for super capacitors could be divided into power materials and gel materials.And the power materials always were used with binder to prepare the super capacitor under three-electrode system,while the gel materials were always used independently to prepare all solid state super capacitors under two-electrode system because of its own three dimension structure.The power materials could be divided into carbon materials,transition metal oxide and conductive polymers according to the micro composition,while the power materials could also be divided into electric double layer capacitance materials and faradaic pseudo capacitance materials.In first section of this paper,we will use PANI as an example to talk about the conductive polymer used as electrode materials of super capacitors,furthermore,the PANI would be doped with WO3 to research the effect of carbon materials and transition metal oxide in super capacitors.In the second section of this paper,we will use GO/PANI aerogels as an example to talk about the gels materials used as electrode materials of super capacitors.1.PANI nanosheets prepared by gas-liquid polymerization method:we use the aniline as monomer to prepare the two dimensional PANI nanosheets with surfactant by gas-liquid polymerization method.The process of polymerization between gas and liquid interface is slow and self-assembly so that the obtained PANI nano sheets are more orderly possessing more active sites to get better performance of super capacitors.Furthermore,obtained PANI nano sheets would be doped with WO3 after carbonization to earn better performance of super capacitors.2.Graphene/PANI aerogels prepared by hydrothermal method:at first,we prepared the two dimensional GO@PANI nanosheets as precursors and introduced into graphene hydrogels to obtain the final aerogels after freeze-drying process.Because of its hierarchical conductive structure,the performance of the all solid state super capacitors based on this kind on aerogels possess 453mF/cm2.Further,the aerogels would be reduced by hydrazine to get better performance for 679mF/cm2.
