Radioactive waste system AP1000 nuclear power plant(WLS system)can effectively handle the waste generated during the operation,according to the original design of Westinghouse WLS system,only the concentration of radioactive liquid waste treatment to 3700 Bq/L or more;Inland areas of China demand for AP1000 nuclear power plant is large.To ensure that such nuclear power plant waste processing capacity of China's inland nuclear power plant liquid effluent discharge limits for radioactive concentration 100 Bq/L requirement,it is necessary for the original radioactive liquid waste treatment system improvements.Currently nuclear power plant is widely used in the ion exchange process,which can effectively remove radioactive ions contained in the waste,but in the form of colloidal corrosion product purification effect is not obvious.For radioactive waste processing problems AP1000 nuclear power plant,the subject on the basis of extensive research,choose the method of chemical flocculation process and to study the relevant processes.Subject radionuclide formulated to simulate nuclear power plant waste liquid source item in colloidal corrosion products,through a large number of comparative tests verified screened flocculants chemical flocculation applicable to radioactive liquid waste treatment to obtain a suitable chemical flocculation process parameters.In a systematic analysis of chemical flocculation mechanism based on the subject of chemical flocculation device is designed for the nuclear power plant radioactive waste processing,a set of related treatment process technology,process control and instrumentation requirements.This based on the design,development,manufacturing processing capacity of 1m3/h processing test equipment.The test apparatus through the waste line monitoring of water quality can be achieved with lye flocculants automatic and accurate dosing,the colloidal easy cohesion.Micelles or particles coagulated by downstream deep bed filter activated carbon removal,to achieve a waste purification.The test results show that improved after the treatment process,which can effectively remove colloid among waste,with an increase in the amount of flocculants,the removal efficiency of colloidal particles gradually enhanced.The actual measurements show,after purification,the concentration of radioactive liquid waste is less than 50Bq/L,indicating that the improved treatment process can effectively meet the needs of the mainland AP1000 nuclear power plant waste processing.
