As China's natural gas industry developing,China's natural gas pipeline construction is gradually increasing,the requirements of pipeline equipment are also increasingly high.Natural gas compressor station is key part of the natural gas pipeline,the high speed explosion-proof converter asynchronous excitation synchronous motor is key equipment of the compressor station.As the power source of the compressor,the high speed synchronous motor has its unique characteristics,the most notable feature is the high speed with the frequency conversion speed regulation.For turbo generator,the nominal limited speed is 3000r/min.As a high speed synchronous motor using to drive the compressor,the rated speed of which up to 5400-6000r/min and the over speed of which is as high as 6240r/min.As the Pearl of the electric machine industry,this kind of motor has been monopolized by foreign countries.In order to break the international monopoly and protect national energy security,it is necessary to make a thorough study of the motor.The high speed synchronous motor which is studied in this paper is 20000 kW,and the speed is as high as 5400r/min,over speed to 6240r/min.The rotor shaft system includes the main rotor,the exciter rotor and the rotating rectifier.The shaft of the rotor is a complex variable section step.When running in super high-speed,the rotor slot wedge,the tooth of the rotor,the retaining ring,the exciter rotor punching sheet,non latitude belt hoop,rotating rectifier and key sections and key parts will be subject to strong centrifugal force.Once stress or strain beyond material to withstand the limit,will bring the great risk to the safe operation of the motor,and bring huge life and property loss to the country and the people.The reliability of the motor should be effectively guaranteed when the motor running at high speed.It is necessary to carry out the structural analysis under different conditions in the concept and the overall design stage and put forward suggestions for improvement.
