Semiconductor photocatalytic technology has the potential to directly utilize solar energy,and has been widely applied for hydrogen production,pollutant degradation,organic synthesis and other areas.However,solar energy has a lot of shortcomings,such as low density,instability,discontinuity,which make it a great challenge to extend the function of semiconductor photocatalysis to different illumination conditions,especially those in the dark.Therefore,one approach to deal with it is to transfer the solar energy into storable electrical energy or chemical energy,and release it in the dark.In this paper,several composite systems with photoelectron storage capacity and high photocatalytic activity are designed.The contents are as follows:?1?In this study,we developed a new scalable method to prepare TiO2/WO3 film electrodes with an efficient electron storage ability through a one-step oxidation Ti plate in a mixture of H2O2 and peroxotungstic acid solution.The ratio of W source were optimized and the electron storage ability were assessed by the charge-discharge tests.Photoelectrochemistry method was used to study the electron transfer mechanism,of which the electronic storage and conversion was detailed analyzed to build the assessment method of photo-induced electron storage.?2?In the second part,reduced graphene oxide?rGO?/TiO2/WO3 ternary composites were prepared by a simple synthesis method.The electronic storage performance of the composite was studied by using photoelectrochemical method,in which the photoelectric property of the composite system was preliminarily optimized.Also,the specific structure and photoelectric mechanism of the obtained rGO/TiO2/WO3 ternary composites were studied by crystal characterization and photoelectric activity measurements.?3?Synthesis method of rGO/TiO2 nano composite was studied in this article.The electronic structure and energy level of rGO via N element doping was used to evaluate the photoelectric performance of this composite,as to optimize the preparation conditions.The specific structure and photoelectric mechanism of the obtained rGO/TiO2 nano composites were studied by crystal characterization and photoelectric activity measurements.
