Ferrite absorbing material has the advantages of strong absorption,good impedance matching,wide absorption bandwidth,low cost and simple preparation process.It is an excellent magnetic absorbing material.However,the large thickness of the absorber and the poor absorption performance at low frequencies hinder its wider application in modern radar monitoring and military stealth technology.In order to improve the above shortcomings,the Zr4+-Ni2+Co doped Ba?ZrNi?xFe12-2xO199 powder was prepared by sol-gel method.The effects of sintering temperature and sintering atmosphere on the microwave absorbing properties of the material were studied.The Zr4+-Ni2+ion gradient doped strontium ferrite is prepared to further broaden the absorbing bandwidth.The main research results of this paper are as follows:First of all,Ba?ZrNi?xFe12-2xO199 powders were prepared at different sintering temperatures by using sol-gel method to prepare the component content of x=0.60.9 four components.The results showed that the higher the sintering temperature was,the dielectric real part????and the dielectric imaginary part????of each component sample are increased to different extents,which improves the impedance matching effect of the sample,and finally leads to Zr4+-Ni2+co-doping Ba?ZrNi?xFe12-2xO199 powder absorbing effect is better.In addition,the effect of sintering atmosphere on the microwave absorption properties of Zr4+-Ni2+co-doped Ba?ZrNi?xFe12-2xO199 powders was also investigated.Samples were prepared in air?Air?,argon?Ar?and nitrogen?N2?at 1400?.The results showed that in the atmosphere of Argon?Ar?,the absorption effect of Zr4+-Ni2+co-doped Ba?ZrNi?xFe12-2xO199 powder was the best,and the sample absorbing effect of the group divided into x=0.6 was the best in the sample of ownership.The RL can reach-66.67 dB,the effective absorption bandwidth can reach 7.25 GHz,the effective absorption frequency range is 10.27-17.52 GHz,and the optimum matching thickness is 2.25 mm.Finally,Zr4+-Ni2+ion gradient doped barium ferrite was prepared by exploratory preparation.The results show that when the mixed heat treatment temperature reaches 10001200°C,the magnetic resonance natural resonance frequency range of Zr4+-Ni2+ion gradient doped barium ferrite is broadened,thereby further broadening the absorption bandwidth.Among them,the Zr4+-Ni2+ion gradient doped barium ferrite compared with 1200?was compared with the x=0.6sample with the best absorption performance of the mixed heat treatment,and its effective absorbing bandwidth further widened the 29%,RL performance by 27%.
